Big 5 Sporting Goods reviews
8Staff went out of their way to find a certain item for me and honored the sale price when they couldn't get it to me on the sale date. And they don't hover creepily like they used to!
Guy running the place the day I was there was on the money, he new the store, nice to see someone taking pride in there work, it's a sporting goods store, they have sporting goods like the other stores, it's the guy running the place is why I'll be back
No employees around for at least five min when walking in then acted like I was bothering them and interrupting there conversation
I was happy to able to get a life jacket here that fits and reasonable price plus got it on sale too. It nice to have this store in town for outdoor options.
Found a pair of shoes last pair they had could not find it in their system so they said we can take your number and call you when we can sell them. But went back to try and find another pair of shoes then the call to guy helping us and said if we still want them we can buy them
Everyone's always nice and they're great about honoring coupons even if they have trouble scanning them my only complaint is how much the employees hover over you when in the shoe department. Don't get me wrong I understand loss prevention and all that but I don't know if the hovering is really necessary unless you're planning on chasing down someone who tries to take off of the pair of shoes and I think cameras or other forms of tracking your customers wouldn't be as invasive to their shopping experience
Came here to get shoes for my picky daughter, she found a pair that she loves. A good selection to choose from. They have a little bit of everything. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional.
