Good prices on stuff that you dont need "name brands" for. Kettlebells, weights. They are not any heavier if you pay more somewhere else!

This place is always clean and organized. Employees alway have a professional appearance and are friendly. I buy all my shoes here.they always have a big selection of shoes with many On Sale!

For women's workout & training clothing, they barely had anything. Very disappointed. We were told that everything was out on the sales floor.

Only second time at this location.too much stuff! Friendly helpful staff helped cut down on browsing time by pointing me to selections based on my criteria (sleeping bags). Helpful with other questions as well and mentioned the one time purchase then free refills for the small propane tanks.what! Sweet deals!

I absolutely love this store the customer service is hands down the best, the employees never give me any issues when it comes to returning exchanging or getting my money back like some other big fives that I've gone to, thanks Armando and crew for always having such great attitudes it makes mine and my family's experience a great one.

Nice sport store, very organized, friendly people. Me and my kids just meet a worker and she was very kind and helpfull. 5 star for this place, very clean and not crowed it at all.

Great organization with good labels to show where the items your interested in finding are. Not overpriced either, but you still get quality stuff.

Big 5 had a large selection and helpful staff who were able to explain to me the specific differences between similar products and made good recommendations for the activities that I was interested in.

I really like the Armor All brand that sell in baseball caps for my gym workout. They are basic and come in various colors and last a long time. I have several that I use. I am very much attracted to the dark grey one with the pink or white logo. I also like the sweatshirts they sell here by addidas and some of the other brands. I tend to always buy my gym backpack here as they have a nice variety that are cute and very sturdy. Thank you.

It's refreshing to still have physical locations to shop these days.

The best big 5 I've been to. Was greeted as soon as i entered, as i walked passed da cashier she asked if i need assistance with n e departments (i actually did). She directed me over and called someone for assistance i was in and out in less than 5 mins.

Online it said in stock, but i wanted to check before i go because sometimes they dobt update the sute.when I called they transferred my call to 3 different people and I had to explain to each one of them what I'm looking for from the beginning. They put me on hold to check the stoke then they despair and someone else will pick up the phone to say hi how can I help you! It looked like they were doing it on purpose just to kill time! And yet, they didn't confirm if they have it in stock or not!

Had exactly what I needed at a fair price. Upon entering the store i was greeted by a friendly, handsome young man who directed me to the product I was looking for. The cashier who helped me check out was absolutely delightful! She was warm and friendly, and had a great smile. A 5-star rating would have been given if the greeter had actually taken me to the item I was looking for - however, this was a great visit. I need to stop here more often!

Great customer service! All the employees were extremely helpful. I was probably asked if I needed any help from 5 different employees in the 30mins I was there.

I went in dif not find what I was looking for.
So I asked someone, She told me. I went and got it payed then left.

Didn't have the shoes I wanted in my size, but dude kept going into the back bringing everything i asked to try on until I found pair of LUGZ boot's I'm lovin

They advertise good prices on shoes, but they either don't have them in stock or they don't have my size (14 EE). I'M About to write them off my list of stores to shop in! I'm not too happy right now!
