Big 5 Sporting Goods, Northridge CA

All bad, i came by yesterday 45 minutes before the store closed and wouldnt sell me ammo. Told me to come back today. Came today and the store isnt even open. Thanks to the manager for informing me to come to a closed store. Will never shop here again.spent $80 of gas coming to the store to buy specific ammo they had in stock

We got a sale price on Wilson Tennis Racket, Racket bag, and bought 5 cans of tennis balls. Will come back again to Big 5 Sporting Goods.

Received a gift card for Big5, and decided to being my Mother with me to see what I can find. Big 5 always has great sales, but the girls in the front could be a little more customer service oriented.

I got a great sale price on some black Dickies athletic style shoes!

But my Parent, who is a senior citizen, needed to use a facility. I even asked if it could be used for her. One girl kinda shrugged her shoulders and asked another girl, who said no.

Not cool, since the customer pays your paycheck.

Big Fan of Big 5, picked up a Dickies work jacket for my Brother. Bought many shoes there over the years, Great sales.
It's nice to go into a store and physically put my hands on the product, not look at it on a screen.

Cashier was very personable. She properly how my day was & if I found everything to my satisfaction. Thank you

This was my 1st time visiting this location, The staff is super friendly and helpful. This is definitely becoming my new big 5 to go

Good selection, well displayed items. Staff always cordial. Nice place to visit. Good discounts on sale/ad items.

Won't tell you their return policy in clear terms. Every product has a different return policy and the staff is not clear about how it works, and prices aren't clearly labeled on things.
The last two times I've been in here I've gotten really frustrated with these people.

At least it's a sporting goods store, equipment to get the job done, not the best, not the worst. They do have nice EZ up tents and some ok coolers. Can you still get State Park passes here? Ammo here too I think. Knives on sale are pretty good too.

You can get almost every sorts goods. Bikes are good and they would assemble for no extra charge.keep checking for online coupons. Nice staff.

Big 5 is a decent sporting good store but they need to decide in store specials vs online specials!

They got a lot of good stuff staff are very helpful and nice. Everything iteam is organized. This big 5 is great.

If you need a generic sporting good this is probably the place to go. It seems to have a smaller selection compared to other Big 5s, in an even smaller area. Everything felt way more cramped than usual. Didn't end up finding what I needed at all (roller derby mouth guard and laces).

One of the last remaining Sporting goods stores. It has a wife selection and always competitive prices.

Good place for outdoor stuff, dont believe the "sale" items because thats really the price that you will see at Amazon.

I always thought big5 were strange stores. Never busy, tons of clearance stuff. Shoes are hard to find here. But they have a big selection of sports stuff. Everyone should know by now you go here to try stuff then you go buy it online.
