Big 5 Sporting Goods - La Puente

Went for fishing gear amd they were sold out of most items. Was told to check back the following day and got what I needed.

Staff was not very helpful, they were rude as well. When I inquired about an item, the staff member said we don't carry that, even though the other store checked and told me they did. It seems like customers don't come first at this location, they didn6even offer to check another store. The Covina Big 5 location on the other hand gets 5 stars.

We had a heavy purchase weights bench bar and the employees would not let my son's help transport items to our car such a good team two members helped us out and placed items in my vehicle very helpful and sales well worth the Olympic bench purchased

Friendly staff and excellent service. Came from the Covina location because they did not stock the item on the one day sale so had to come to this store. Asked the girl where the backpack was and she got it for me instead of telling me where, was surprised at that. Will be back to this location even though it is further.

Great store. Recommend signing up to there store to get emails on specials that they have. Some stuff you can get pretty cheap with their email coupons, and specials.

Service was bad and I couldn't use the restroom and I was going to buy a pair of boots but I left

Bianca was very helpful and kind. She helped me to find Women size Small Addidas pants. Thankfully she pointed out I had originally chosen Men and offered to help locate the correct ones. Thank you Bianca for your great customer service.

Excellent service. I didn't get the girls name who helped me but it was on 10/23/18 at around 8: 50 pm. Anywho she is genuinely happy to help and if big 5 was able to hire more people like her then people wouldn't mind asking more questions that can eventually turn into sales if handled with friendliness, professionalism and understanding that some people may not have any idea on sports items. Happy with my purchase and the price that came with it. Thank u big 5

Wasn't shopping for shoes. Saw some interesting New Balances. And the price was way less than expected. Love them

Needed to get white baseball pants and navy blue belt and socks last minute and they had it all there at a great price was very happy with my purchases.

No one helps you out as you walk around but they did hook us up on a sale price. Thank you very much!

Big 5 has an excellent selection of shoes at very reasonable prices. They also carry everything to do with camping and sporting goods. I think that there shoe sales are good enough reason to visit the store and see what else they have that you like. Dont forget to look at the Sunday Newspaper add before you go to see the hundreds of items that they have on sale each week.
