They have a knowledgable store MGR on everything I asked about, from ammo to guns and lock boxs for the above and knew the state laws for ammo and gun purchases shes Excellent

I had a great experience today the staff was very nice and helpful. One of the young ladies working there (I believe her name is Cara) took the time to check her inventory on the phone for me before I drove to the store. She went above and beyond to help me, I will definitely be shopping at this location more. Thank you!

Big t use to be a good option to buy sports items but in this store they do not have many options and it is disorganized. At least the stuff is friendly and nice

People that work there should be knowledgeable of the products that were available and professional in their attitude they were available and I needed him it went away when I didn't Big 5 is always that way they did seem to have the standard of Maintenance as far as employees in the store they make it a real refreshing shopping opportunity for the Sportsman

Inexpensive, reasonably comfortable shoes that will last about six months. Selection not always great. It seems like a place seeking new direction, kind of lost. But good and helpful employees make up for a lot. The one manager there has been there forever and does a stellar job.

Always Proper sales, employees helpful, managers go over the top with accommodating situations.

I shop Big 5 from Murrieta, Upland, Lake Elsinore, Foothill If Never had a problem with management and accommodations/ Helpfulness.

I have had good experiences in the past, but my last visit made me question whether I would return. Was looking for a shoe that was listed on their website, but the clerk in the shoe department couldn't be bothered to help me. Considering I was the only customer in the store, maybe a little assistance would mean a purchase, rather than my leaving and heading elsewhere.

The store is a little small, and it is never crowded. I am able to get what I need in under 10 minutes, and I have never had to wait for a cashier to ring me up for ammo or other goods.

It was a good experience for me and my sons. I got one of the things that I came for. And one of my son's found a utility vest that he had been looking for.

Never enjoyed going to big 5 so much. The staff here are very friendly knowledgeable and are a great help. Store is always stocked and ready to go. They can meet your needs for anything you got going on. From sports to outdoor activities to shoes to toys, they have it all.

Is a good place to pick up some gear at a good price nice staff, clean store, well stocked, u do need to tell them you need help with the gun department when u walk in if you need something from their they take a while to notice you if u dont

Standard Big 5. Staff is generally, well they just don't seem to care they are working. Go to a different one.

I was looking a shoes for hiking so I found those good price.have variety products for different sports.good attention clients.
