It was not good! The employee had no ideal about camping supplies! Sad. This is after I called to see if they had what I was looking for, they said they did and quoted me a price and everything. I will never go there again

Usually I will have a pleasant shopping day but it seems things were not as normal (staff was not there }cashier was engaging in a private conversation during my. Checkout translation an One of the staff was coughing her lungs out on the next stock room. During this global pandemic things are not normal but service an safety should always be there an I felt unsave an anwanted at the time of my service.

Everyday they have a sales on different types of things. I got a backpack and the regular price is $50 but I got it for $39 and it's a special opps backpack really nice and it's water proof. Must go and check it out and it's the best place to buy a tent and sleeping bag.

3 employees standing around chatting. No customers in the store. After 2 or 3 minutes of waiting for service to get a can of Bear Spray I went and interrupted there little conversation politely to be met with attitude. Only reason why I didn't walk out was because Turners Sporting Goods didn't have what I needed. Next time I will drive out to Bass Pro Shop.

Everything about this store amazes me. Their merchandise may be a little expensive, but they do have some of the best materials for health, fitness, school, and personal purposes.

The people at Big 5 were very helpful and they were glad to help me out to make my purchases. They deserve a 5 star rating.

The store is kind of hidden. It is a large store though. The store manager is great and very helpful. One of the best stores in the area. They will go above and beyond for you at this store.

Great going into this older Big 5, there's always employees there to help right away, recently purchased a Stack on rifle case, and a Gamo Maxxis air rifle, all in all great trip, hope they stay open.

Best price on tennis shoes or hiking boots, & work boots. My husband only buys his shoes there because he only wears black shoes. And I mean all black.

There was like five employees working there and not one of them stopped to help me and there was only a couple of customers there

Again, great floor service, and when the door alarm rang after I trued to wear my rain gear outside we had a laugh beyond measure as the cashier kindly removed it. ^^^5

Really helpful and friendly staff, nicely organized layout of the store so your able to see and find anything you might need rather quick.

After Christmas where to buy pocket knives with my son what's up by the manager very knowledgeable excellent customer service a good selection five-star experience for sure
