7I didn't have much good stuff. The staff member on the right after entering was staring at me and seemed to be in a bad mood.
A nice visitor center with friendly staff and cool stickers. They also have clothing, hats, games, other touristy gifts you can buy. They have bathrooms and a water bottle filling station.
I didn't do my research before coming to Big Bear. Big mistake! The fine folks at the visitor center sorted me out with directions, suggestions, and helped me to get my bearings in this beautiful town. If you come to Big Bear, CA, then come here first!
Must visit for first timers! They have the latest information for different events happening in the area. I highly recommend & I will return.
Gave away our reserved room no offer of compensation, management could not be reached nail next nor our handicapped room made available, will never stay there again! Disgusting management all the way around,
They provide you with all the information about the attractions of the place, there are magazines, maps and brochures that you can take, to be able to guide you without problems.
Super friendly and helpful! Got my adventure pass in 3 minutes and they knew the good spots for sledding! Thanks guys!
