Big Brand Tire & Service - Santa Maria

Just plan your day well and give them the time and you will get great service. I always leave my car as it’s not McDonald’s it’s good service that takes time.

Been going to Big Brand for several years and have no reason to search for a “better” place. They have a well oiled machine and I don't leave feeling I’ve been ripped off.

These guys are great! I stopped in Santa Maria just for gas and realized I had a huge nail piercing thru my tire. (Hense the tire pressure light on my dash that had BEEN on which I ignored. I know I know)

I had 2 stay the night and walked 3 blocks to Big Brand Tires. The manager Carlos went way out of his way and had one of his employees drive me back to my car to get my flat tire. I couldn't drive my car there it was THAT bad.

Back at the shop he changed my tire right away, drove me back to my car, put it on and I was on my way. Pretty sure they let me jump a few spots in line too.

Its companies like this that go out of their way to extend that extra help that turns a one time sale into a future lifetime customer.

Popped a tire on the freeway & they helped me out even though it was after closing; service is truly above and beyond

Been with them for years! Have gotten nothing but quality tires. And years ago when I was in a bind and didn't have much money they got me inexpensive tires and helped me out. And now yours later they give me the best service still. I can call them when I have a problem with one of my tires and they get me right in and get it taken care of. Even when it's my fault, and that's most of the time lol.

I have been going to B. B. T.for years and always have a good experience! I was shuttled to work in the morning by a young man who was very nice and friendly (sorry forgot your name) just over a week ago while my car was getting serviced. I was helped by Steven R, he answered questions I had regarding my car and he was very kind and helpful. The Manager Carlos C.helped me look at my options for payment as I am working with a budget and he was very patient and understanding. I am so thankful for all the professionals that got my car running smooth again:) thank you all very, very much. See you next oil change!

Carlos and his team at Big Brand Tire are an exception to the rule. I arrived for my 9am appointment at 8: 55 and was on the rack within 5 minutes. They got my Corvette aligned and tracking the road like new. However, I wasn't the only satisfied customer. I listened as person after person remarked how great the service was. I heard him describe the services others had received and each time they had exceeded the customers expectations by ensuring every "i" was dotted and every "t" crossed! I will refer everyone I know to this location as they epitomize customer service!

Today I had a great experience at big Brand tire Santa Maria I've taken my truck to several different tire and alignment shops but it never was quite right I explained the issues I was having to Antonio and he knew exactly what was going on he passed the information on to his technicians and now it drives like a brand new truck look forward to doing business with them in the future!

I had a appt at 1: 00pm and they where only a tire work I had a nail in my tire they finally started my car at 1: 30 I was getting mad after they finish signing out the manager said. I could patch it up another way smart remark.

Had a nail in my tire came into Big Brand to get it plugged what the tire was damaged to be fixed didn't have any funds to buy a new one all of the kindness of their heart they gave me a tire. As far as I'm concerned George is an angel. Thank you again George
