Definitely a great place to get your car worked on. The technicians were swift on diagnosing the current issues with my car and took care of it very quickly. The manager, Carlos, was pretty helpful with telling me what were the issues and what’s most important to fix on my car. I’d recommend this spot to anyone.

While my car was in their possession they parked it illegally, then threw away the parking ticket, as if I wouldn't find out. I was notified by the city that I had a $95 unpaid ticket. The manager Joe promised to send a check in the mail to reimburse me for the fine I paid, but a month later, no check ever came. Avoid this tire shop at all costs! The manager mentioned it was his 5th complaint about a customer getting a parking ticket in the mail that week; I'm sure none of them got their tickets reimbursed either.

Drove up with a nail in the tire. Prompt repair despite being very busy. And, nice guys! I’ve been here twice before and always given great advice and service. Thank you!

Don't trust their BS! Bought brand new set of sport 19" Bridgestone performance tires for my BMW from this shop in September 2022. Came back January 2023, RF tire going flat. Said they couldn't repair it because of sidewall damage (SEE BELOW PICS. Sidewalls damaged? Scrap the tire? Give me a break!) when all I did was pull off the road after it went flat, and had it towed there. Said it couldn't be fixed, that I needed a new $350 tire, and I should have bought the warranty when I had the chance. Had it towed to another shop in West LA that said there was no sidewall damage, repaired for $30, and I have driven 3 weeks and 1500 miles on tire that works great. Really wish there were more honest shops around. Let the buyer beware!

I was in a panic! My left back tire was losing air. I was informed there was a nail in my tire. I knew I was taking a trip the following week to the Central Coast and my tire could not be patched. I was hesitant to drive in the rain with a compromised tire. I was referred to Big Brand by my mechanic at Westside and literally walked in with no appointment. Joe was friendly, accommodating and efficient. He immediately made me feel welcomed and squeezed me in, even so close to closing. He installed a new tire in record time. The team was amazing. I am so grateful to all of the mechanics who worked on my car. Thank you so much!

Overall a positive experience! With heavy rain there was a delay in in getting the tire I needed and I didnt get a call when it was received but they did an excellent job this time and before when I needed other work done! Friendly people too
