Tony is like a used car salesman.
Nothing but problems with my brakes since they installed them. Don't get anything done to your car here.

Tony gave really good customer service he took my car in and gave me a great deal thank you I will definitely be taking my car back

I went in today 11/29/23 and the two gentleman helped me out very much. Swapped in 4 new tires the guys went above and beyond to help me. I’m sorry I didn’t get their names older gentleman and younger. Thank u guys very much happy holidays!

Went @ approx 2pm on sunday 11/19/23 with a slow leak in one tire ther was only one vehicle in work bays & was told to leave my vehicle over night FOR A SLOW LEAK!
NEVER GO THERE, AGAIN.

This place did an oil change on my car and a few months later the oil light came on. I took it in and was told it had too much oil in it so they drained some. The next day the oil light and engine light came on. When I took it back Savannah the manager said her worker is going to lunch to take my car up the street to their sister shop where they were not sure if it was a sensor or pump so I took it to Hyundai because I'm not gonna pay for a not sure what it is problem. Hyundai did a diagnostic and discovered that Big Brand put the wrong size oil filter in. I had Hyundai do an oil change and they discovered metal fragments in the oil. My engine ended up breaking down completely because of the service Big Brand did. They didn't take any responsibility for the out of pocket cost I had to pay. I contacted corporate and they assured me I would get a call from a district manager Jason within a couple of days. It's been over 2 weeks and haven't heard from the manager Savanah or district manager Jason. No I will not recommend anybody to get service from the Hesperia shop.

I highly recommend this place, great staff. They are friendly, very knowledgeable, awesome customer service, they explained exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and how they would be able to fix it.

I went in for a check engine light. The employees were all polite and helpful, but they somehow missed $6000 of collision damage to multiple engine components which was what caused the light. That said, they did issue a full refund once I got the car fixed somewhere else which is a definite point in their favor.

Beware women, the men here will try to scam you. Went in to get my car looked at and got an estimate of everything it needed. The lady at the desk was very understanding of that I wouldn't be able to afford everything and helped pick what would be most important. The next day went in and she wasn't there but a man was at the desk instead. He was trying to say that the car also needed this, though it was not on the estimate from the inspection FROM THE DAY BEFORE and he wasn't even the one who looked at the car. It was this same man another time who tried saying the car needed two arms instead of one, which is not what we were told, and that the arm ordered was wrong and we needed a completely different arm. The lady was very sweet, but this man will try to scam you and take advantage if you don't know much about cars.

Helpful, very friendly staff. Great deals they offer online and walk in. For first time customer they knocked off $25 for my alignment. Can't beat that. Thanks again!

Came to the shop for a flat repair. Come to find out that my tire had a side wall damaged can’t repair. Tony help me out and told that my tire was under warranty and took care of it right away! Thanks Tony and Nick for your help!

My wife went in for a simple flat tire repair and she came back home with a brand new tire.

I recommend this store 100% the guys here are awesome they go on and beyond to satisfy customers needs they are very friendly and they get the job done fast!
