Big Brand Tire & Service - Ventura

I made an appointment for my father at 1: 00 he did not get out of there until after 4: 00 my co worker had the same experience very bad customer service and may I also add they wanted to send him home after the appointment was already done

We moved to Ventura in the summer of 2017 and that’s only started taking our car to big Brand. I started coming here for oil changes because it was close to work. A coworker recommended them and they do great service.
About a year later we needed to get a new set a tires. Of course I came here because it’s a tire store. The customer service has always been great. Well we got this set a tires for our van and they just kept having issues. It seemed like we were running over nails. We would get blowout. And big brand every time helped out. Well one of those tires was running low. And I took it into the shop yesterday.
Jose, the manager, helped me out. I wasn’t sure what to do with the tires and it seemed like we needed a new set. He spent a bunch of time on the phone with me and actually helped us get into a new set a tires for our vehicle. He helped at tachometer reasonable cost. He also was able to get the oil changed in the car while we were there. I would highly recommend going to this location. I’ll be coming back here many more times.

Great service with a smile, the skinny bald guy with a beard was great! He seemed to know his stuff and made me feel comfortable enough to get more work done. I think his name was Mitch or something

Very friendly staff. The wait is not too long with an appointment. I've been with Big Brand for 17 yrs.

Work was done well, thanks. Waited three hours for five wheel balance, mount 4. Came at 9: 40 for a 10 am appt, they started the job at 11: 45, done at 12: 42. I'm not a clock watcher but why go through the trouble of making an appointment if it first come first serve. Should have been out of there by 11: 00.

The first time they didn't have the trailer tire they told me I needed, and came here to get. Then they ordered the wrong tire.
The second time they told me 45 minutes over the phone, 1.5 hours when I dropped off my car.
2 hours later, they tell me another 25 minutes.
I will not give them my business again.

I had a flat tire that could not be repaired. Fairly quick service for I was on a short deadline to get to work.
I returned on Monday to ask a few follow up questions. OSCAR was simply the very best most professional employee. Very informative.
My car only has 13 thousand miles on it.
Because of OSCAR very knowledgeable and customer service I will be returning on Monday to get 3 more tires.
He should be considered for employee of the month.

Waited in line 20 minutes.then customer agent took 2 different parties behind me because they were picking up. You lost me as a customer. Also not very professional for employees to get pizza delivery at counter while waiting on customers.

Big brand used to be a good tire and service company, however the last two times I have made an appointment for service that should’ve taken half an hour, it took over two hours each time. This was even for an oil change. It was nice to have a go to tire store but I am done with these guys. What good is that appointment if they’re on able to do the work at the time of your appointment?

Good prices but best to drop off car because you will wait a long time even with a so called appointment

As a service professional myself, I expect a knowledgeable a friendly staff at businesses. Big Brand in Ventura is exceptional. Great value and glad I’m on the road with long lasting tires that are fully aligned. They’re the only place I’ll go to moving forward!

Made an appointment showed up on time.they said between and hour to an hour and a half. 3 hour's later still waiting on vehicle. Only needed 2 tires. Not coming here again

I have been a customer of Big Brand Tire for a long time. I have tried other tire stores, but have not had the satisfaction that I get from Big Brand. The new store on Main St, Ventura is also very nice. Sam J, my tire sales associate, was very informed, very professional, any quite helpful. I (almost) can"t wait to need new tires!

So far they gave been very helpful snd fair. I'll be going back when the parts are in. Very clean.

If you want tires that are margianlly priced and a team of great guys that are treated terribly, underpaid, and overworked then look no further.

Made and appointment not that that matters they parked my truck in the back and forgot about it.staff seems like the are very unorganized and lost. Would recommend any where else.
