Big Chico Burger

Online ordering was easy. Prices were a bit higher than I would have expected. The biggest issue I had was that my side order wasn’t ready until 5-10 minutes after my burger. I was also taking it home, so that meant everything was going to be not quite kitchen hot to begin with. So, my burger was wrapped and put in the bag way side. Overall it was good food, but unless I’m eating at the restaurant I won’t be getting their food.

So good! Made my burger how I asked, when protein style, plenty of toppings and friendly staff.

Used to be nice. Service is awful now. Bad vibes at the door from the man at the counter. You used to be my favorite post park place.

Payed a lot of money and wasn’t too satisfied with the mushroom burger. The mushrooms weren’t grilled on the burger they were scooped out of a pot and plopped onto my burger. Also the fries were really soggy.

My favorite burger in Chico! Quality ingredients, they give you a boatload of fries, and it's a fair price. Why waste time waiting forever at in-n-out when you could have a much faster trip, WAY better food, and support a local business? It's a win all around!

One of my favorite local burger joints, on par with Burger Hut. Build your own burger with fresh ingredients, 2 kinds of pickles, and plenty of sauce choices. I like their freshly baked buns. You get a ton of fries and they're always hot and tasty. The onion rings and mini corn dogs are good too.

The staff is friendly and they keep the place clean. There are only about a dozen tables inside so it can fill up during busy hours. They do have outdoor seating though.

Do you want a burger? Then this is the place you wanna go. Placed an order for a future date and when I arrived at the time due the fries were put in while I put whatever else that I may have wanted on my burgers. This made everything hot and fresh which is altogether an excellent service. The personnel attending were quite kind too as it was my first time ordering at the location. The sides are top notch as well.

Love the local feel of this place. Burgers are great and seems like the fries are always freshly made.

My burger was pink. I asked for another and it was still not fully cooked. Order yours well-done if you don't like pink. We ordered a "platter" of french fries, criss-crossed potatoes and onion rings. Unless you're a family, pass this up-too much. Besides the onion rings were way greasy.

Got a bacon blue cheese burger and it came with zero condiments or vegetables and basically no cheese. Just a burger, which was pink, some bacon, and bread.

Delicious burgers with an extensive list of toppings to choose from. The Paco Sauce is a must. We ordered a large fries for 3 of us and were astounded at the size. We ate there the first time we went to Chico and went right back on our second visit.

Best burger I've got in over 20z years. Going back to get another burger monthly for sure super clean and great employees to help you out with menus. Ammm so big n tasty. And super filling highly recommended you take a drive to chico California and fill up

Best onion rings around the fry sauce is amazing service is wonderful. We drive from Orville just to have big Chico Burger.

I tried the chicken sandwich. Their Chipotle sauce is very good. There was a close to 10 minute wait for the order to be ready, but that's totally fine as the taste of the sandwich was delicious and was fresh.
When I say fresh what I mean is that it doesn't taste like the burgers you get at McDonald's or BK. The chicken and other ingredients tasted fresh.
The staff is responsive and shared with me me the free Wi-Fi password upon my request (yes there's free Wi-Fi here to use while you sit inside and wait for your order)

This place follows the social distancing as there's ample of space inside and outside to wait. There is outdoor seating present.

In future I do intend to show up here to buy the Big Chico platter which is another thing I found interesting.

I'd like to suggest to the staff to add a hot cheetos burger /nachos burger to the menu.

The place needs a good cleaning. All the top of lights need cleaned. The window above the front door is really bad. Under the soda dispenser is also gross.
