I liked the young lady name Jojo that helped the dentist she was very kind and understanding and she cleaned my teeth and the dentist was very good as well so I'm so excited to get my new teeth.thanks also Jojo for recommended me to go there and for support.

The dentist that worked on me was:

Rough.
Rushed the work.
Was unsympathetic of my intense anxiety and my (now completely valid!) fear of dental work.

Big Dental Group left me with **irreparable** damage to my teeth/gums/nerves.

Ah, and they've also been billing me $35 for the past 4 years.

I have Medi-Cal. I was reassured by big dental group that the work had done there would be 100% covered by my insurance.

I should have sued this business.

They were professional explained everything that needed to be done to my teeth I’m glad I found them last place I was at they missed a lot of problems this dentist found them

THERE ARE FEW TIMES IN TODAYS WORLD WHERE YOU FEEL IT NECESSARY TO SHARE GOOD THINGS. BIG DENTAL GROUP WAS MY 2ND VISIT FOR A CONSULT. I LEFT THE FIRST DENTISIT WITH THE FEELING THAT I HAD INTERUPTED THEIR DAY. IMMEDIATELY SENT ME TO ANOTHER OFFICE FOR RECOMMENDATIONS. THIS DENTIST NEVER LOOKED IN MY MOUTH. BIG DENTALGROUP WAS FRIENDLY INFORMATIVE AN D EVERYONE THERE WAS HAPPY TO BE THERE. WHAT A Delightful VISIT AND LOOK FORWARD TO THE NEXT VISIT. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO "COMFORTABLE". MARUSIA

A great first experience at this dentist. I had a full set of extensive x-rays done w HITECH equipment. The staff is absolutely great. Diae, Heather, and Dr Foruzan Bigdeli are very professional, and kind. They exude warmth, sincerity, & cheer, alongside professionalism, working as a team in this beautifully designed office that lacks nothing. I have already referred another patient after my first visit. I am scheduled for a deep cleaning, a crown and a filling in about two weeks. Also we discussed a night guard and dental esthetic options. I will keep u posted as to my future visits but so far it's 5 stars, & two thumbs up. I feel blessed to have found this very classy dentist office with such talent, expertise, impeccable bedside manner in very kind people. I'm excited for what we do next. The Dentist was very Professional every Queen in office made feel Comfortable I feel to sleep first because the dentist really clean my mouth fix all flaws even taught tge assist you help hold the jaw so she could do a great job I wanna keep
This dentist for a life time

Went here for a tooth extraction, but the surgeon only comes in once a month. Dr.said I needed 4 fillings and did all 4 same day. One fell out that night and she tried to charge me to fix it the next day. They just max out your insurance and destroy your teeth, including the one that aren't getting drilled. They'll try to upsell you work and products from every angle. Worse experience of my life. Everyone from the receptionist to the teeth cleaners were trying to sell me. Place is trash!

I am sure these woman are nice people but I went to them for a few years and in that time needed 3 crowns. I have never needed a crown in my life. Then next visit i was told i need 2 more and my husband as well. We decided to find a nother dentist. That was 8 years ago. I never needed a crown since I left them. So I just don't trust them. Makes no sense.
