I had to deliver a load and for me, the service was great, they got me unloaded in a decent time. However, this is a very tight place to get into, they had forklifts all around and pallets, so having to blind side back in and watching out for forklifts and other material was quite difficult and thankfully the guy before me helped me get in without incident. Other than that, it wasn't bad. They just need to clean up around the place and be more truck friendly.

Bad service, they don't return messages, unfortunately no way to give them negative stars, otherwise I will, bad customer service, I wanted to buy 3 storage racks, not recommendable.

I called to get a service over the phone and I was told that the service call would cost 75$ and that labor and parts would cost seperate. That was fine, I gave them the green light. The tech was only at my warehouse for one hour and didn’t even fix the problem and didn’t even know what the problem was. They send me a ridiculous quote for the job and they charge my card 383.00 without authorization or informing me OR without an invoice. I had to call the bank to stop the payment.the manager Ed, with whom I spoke with told me "John is not authorized to give a price over the phone and if you dont have it in writing I can’t help you"
The worst service I have ever received and I even got the job done with HALF the quoted price.if I could give -5 stars I would. I do not recommend.
