Big John's Performance Tires Service, Valencia CA

First repair done they did ok, second one the ruined my wheel stud and lug nuts by over torquing.
Big John's does NOT understand how to properly torque nuts and bolts! They just blast with an impact gun.
Stay away from this business! See the other review with the same issue as mine.

Several items were repaired and the quality of customer service, listening and working with me to get the right items repaired and replaced. They went beyond expectations and delivered on time and at a reasonable price.

Took my ride here before for wheel alignment and was pleased with the service. Recently had my LCAs replaced and didn’t think to check if my wheels were torqued to spec. Just got back from a long road trip and got under to wrench on my ride and replace my sway bar tie rods. 2 of 6 front passenger lug bolts were stripped most likely over torqued. Had to take to dealership and pay more money for new bolt/lug nuts/service since they recommended all 6 be changed out since the others were stripped as well. Just glad I didn’t have a catastrophic failure by having my front wheel detach

I came here for a tire repair and the staff was SO NICE! They were quick with the repair and they noticed i had both my kids with me and let them choose 2 hot wheels from a prize bag. At two different times (entry and payment) two different cashiers engaged both my kids in conversation and really were just so kind. The price was very low for the repair and they saved me from a full blown $$$ tire replacement purchase which I thought I would need (even though the nail was kind of close to the tire wall). Definitely recommend this place and will be returning for more car needs!

A horrible site, 0 recommended. They tried to scam and lie to us at all times. Supposedly we had an agreement, and after traveling for an hour they tried to rip us off in the face. Very angry with your service. They thought they could do and undo as they pleased. I hope this helps so that no one else makes the same mistake.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I came in and just needed my tire checked for a leak. Josh got me in immediately, on a Saturday at 4pm. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Great service! We had a bad flat with cracked sidewalls while traveling through the area and Big John's really helped us out. They fit us into that schedule and were upfront and honest, recommendibg a good used tire over a more expensive but lower quality new tire.

Mechanics that care. I have had great service and informative info when at the shop. Also watched as Big John went out of his way to make sure a family with kids were safe.

Brought in my 1997 Dodge Ram B2500 for an alignment and it drove better. They also told me about more work the van needed so I brought it back in a couple weeks later to have the front end pretty much rebuilt. They were able to get the job done in the same day and at a reasonable price. Final cost was much less than the original estimate. Now the van drives like a dream. Completely different vehicle than it started as. I’m very happy with the work these guys do and will definitely keep coming back to them.

New favorite place to take my car. Got a flat, they patched it, $25 They did a great job and a great warm and welcoming staff! Recommending to all my friends.

I asked them to check on of my tires because it kept deflating. I was in and out in like 20 min. And it they were up front and honest, cost 20$ for the patch.
