Great Customer Service Store Very Clean Big Store Lot's Lot's of Goodies Great Christmas Gift Area

I do like big lots for household products and small decor and seasonal decor. Reasonable prices but not always the best quality.

This is one of the newer Big Lots locations in the greater Fresno California area. The store has lots of bright lights, is very roomy and has a wide variety of items ranging from housewares and household items to an eclectic selection of grocery items. I liked that I was able to try on, if you will, some of the furniture items by sitting on them and opening and closing multiple doors. I was very happy when I checked the expiration dates on several of the grocery items and they were well into next year. This location is very close to a Panera Bread and Grocery Outlet. I will be back! Those 3D picture frames, yes!

Would NEVER step inside this store again! Spent $300 on furniture and the manager had the audacity to tell me to fix it myself instead of exchanging the item. Not only did she refuse to exchange the item, she did not want to sell me floor item. After fully returning the item, she said that she was not going to sell me anything at all.

This store has everything you can think of. It was fresh looking not trashy like Marshall's. In store was very clean isle were not cluttered with merchandise. Each department was clean no dirty floors everything nearly okn thoer shelves. They have furniture very nice very affordable prices. We are definitely coming back to pick out some couches. Only down fall we were looking for a single twin bed. They had twin beds but they came in 2's.

This location is always clean and organized. The employees are also very helpful and courteous.

My experience was nice and I did have some help I was able to find what I needed with the help of the person that works there I'm thankful that he was able to help me and it was easy to get in and get out no traffic and a part of that to be honest it was nice and clean?

The furniture manager took his time to show me mattress and the difference between them they where our of stock on an item but he found it for me at another store. I weren't to the other side and the manager there took care of it for me. I was glad because i got it at the president day sale price.

Very clean inside the store. The staff there are super friendly! They are so helpful! Just amazing. This place has an awesome team

Awesome employees and a different type of store.
This store is like a minature Target.
It has furniture, food, electronics, toys and movies.
All are at very good prices. Not super cheap but not really expensive either.
I have to say that it was a very nice shopping experience.

Extremely annoying asking everytime about being a rewards member I just want to pay and go.

Was going to get a bed I paid for it and I didn't get it I wanted a full size but the workers didn't notice it was a king had me waiting outside for 15 mins Your workers need training on there job the manager on duty was so rude I will never shop at your store

Great prices. My teenage son often needs headphones. This is one of his favorites as well.

The store was clean, the employees were nice especially one very helpful employee named Gian. Thank you.

Lots to see, great big open space to walk up and down the aisles. I love going and just browsing. It's never busy in the mornings when I prefer to get my shopping done. Clean store, organized shelves. I visited planning to get Halloween/Fall decor and actually found Christmas decor. So I ended up spending a little more money because I had to grab a couple of Christmas decorations. Always lots to see.
