Big o tires number one place to go they took care of me right away got tires one and a half hours

I would give negative stars if I could. I bought 4 new tires for my car. When I got my car back I notice that one of my tires was not screwed on and only hand tightened. So I had to drive home with a wobbly tire, which was very dangerous. I talk to the manager who took NO accountability for his team's mistakes and offered a 25$ off next purchased. I honestly wanted my installation fee refunded cause I had to go home and finish their job. After talking to corporate and him getting talked to, all I got back was 18$ for labor.unbelievable. Never returning again.

LOVE this Big O Tires location! I bring my work vehicles here. Never had an issue with the work they perform. John & Carl are nice and always do their best to give you the best price. I drive a little out of my way and pass several other places where I can get the work done but I know that Big O will do it right. They are always busy so I recommend dropping off your vehicle (if possible) instead of waiting around for it.

I have been going there for years and I have never had a bad experience. Great manager and service team. Always have been treated right.

Have always gotten great service. Even in Colorado. Prices are great and the staff is very polite.

Was initially impressed by their service but have been disappointed in recent visits! Asked to have fluids refilled several times without success! Had brakes done less than 3 months ago and already need to be reserviced! Will give Paul credit for trying to reach out to me and make me feel like they cared about me as a customer but still fee cheated because it was either cheap mechanical work or cheap brake parts that I was dealt! I'd go elsewhere for better service and product warranty!

I always feel safe and good about bringing my car into your business. I trust the work that is done and thework that is recommended.

Paul and Carl were so helpful. I came in to get my wheels balanced and they Carl gave me a coupon that only made it $25. It took 30 minutes when the original estimates time was an hour and a half. Paul was so nice and kept making conversation. Definitely recommend this place.

Got a good deal on 4 tires for $230 so for one tire it's $51.99 don't for get about TAX I didn't include the tax but total is 230 for 4 tires best on Archibald st. Rancho cucamonga

Everyone was very nice! The front desk clerk was very straightforward and honest. This was my first visit and they were very fast and efficient with the service. I typically don't go to corporate auto shop's because of their high prices but Big O Tires was reasonable. Will definitely go back again!

They're fast, efficient and very friendly. I definitely recommend this tire shop. I called at least 10 tire shops and Big O Tires at the lowest prices for what I needed done.

Good tires, good shoes, good mattress. Never go cheap on any of these. You will always need them you will always be using them and if they fail you will regret it. This place has always treated me well and they even offer financing.

John went the extra mile for me install some 35s on some beat up rusted rims the guy with the beard not sure what his name is but he said all sorry we don't do that John on the other hand said don't worry we'll take care of you they clean them up didn't even charge me any extra and made it happen for me thanks John Big O Tires definitely come back again

Was their Last sunday for a oil change.was so good i had my break, s fixed.very friendly people.

I've been buying my tires (and my wife's) here for 10 years. Good prices, great service, nice people. Plus it's the kind of place where you can drop by and they'll chcek your tire pressure for you or answer any questions. I even take my wheelbarrow tire in for inflation, ha!

Recently my seventeen year old son had a job interview in Rancho Cucamunga and was about 200 miles away from home in my car. He had a blow out on the 10. I found the Archibald Ave.location online and immediately called to make sure they would take care of him when he came in. The manager John took care of him and did an outstanding job with the service, timing and he went above and beyond by recommending new brakes at an amazinly reasonable price. It is a good feeling these days to be able to trust a company in the service industry that will take care of you like family and not rip you off. I highly recommend this company and this location.

Treated me like a sister. Got my special order tires and bailed me out with the roadside I bought, then replaced it for free.

The only place I go to for my car needs. The guys there are pretty upfront, no bs, and they work with you. I've already bought a new battery and tires with them and all is well so far. Check their website before going in as they usually have some coupons for oil changes, etc going on all the time. I believe they have regular deals on Groupon too.
