Big O Tires, Anaheim CA

I've come here a handful of times to replace my tires because it's conveniently located close to my work, but I will keep coming back because the service is so friendly. Sean usually helps me out and he is super kind and informative. They even patched one of my tires that had a slow leak for free. I usually don't trust automotive repair shops because they often try to upsell you on unnecessary things, but I really trust the staff here and appreciate the work they've done on my vehicle!

We love this place! Allen always gives us the best customer service. We lived far and we still drove all the way to this location because they always give the best honest service.

Went in today for tires and alignment, 2 hrs later, new tires, alignment and a great price. Thank you Big O, you're awesome.

BEWARE! They will try and sell you tires you don’t need. I took my girlfriends car because it had a flat, and they tried to sell me two tires. I told them I couldn’t afford it, and drove the car to a Mom and Pop shop the next day. The M&P shop patched the holes and said they tires were in good condition.

Come here if you got money to spare.all im going to say not a bad job but not cheap by any means and they dont seem to budge on price so oil change and tires come here but anything els that requires a couple hours of labor I say shop around.

Staff members are great. I had the flat tire on the way to work, stop by they fixed for me right away and make my day going smooth. Thank you. I really appreciate it!

The parking is a little crazy. The service is great they are very thorough explain everything. But it is a very busy place so have time if you can't come back.

They did a great job installing a air bag to coil spring and shock absorber conversion kit on my 2005 Ford Crown Victoria and didn’t over charge me like other shops tried to do.

Always had good service, never been jerked around, and the prices are better than the dealer. I go to them for everything I can't do myself.

Came here to pick up an Interstate battery for my A3. Chauncy and Tim were great. They charged the low end of the suggested MSRP and installed the battery for free. The best part was they kept voltage to the car while replacing the battery so that my computer did not reset saving me a lot of money. Customer service so good I had to write my first review.

The unprofessionalism that was presented by this establishment, makes me realize that there should be a way to give negative stars instead of simply a 1 star. The sheer incompetence that Gary Heskell presented, really brings the word ignorant to a whole new meaning. Note.the individual, Jimmy Escobar you see here in this photo working on my car is not at fault for this negative post. He was fully professional and efficient in this tasks.

OK, its a tire and repair shop but it is an exceptional one and Chauncy is the best. The store manager/owner is great also.

I had a tire problem while on vacation and Leonard and his crew treated me like a regular. If I lived in the area this is definitely where I would go.

Great service! Competitive prices! They were slammed when I came in and did their best to get me out quickly and keep me comfortable while I waited. They'll get my tire business next time too!
