All the staff is friendly and helpful. They squeezed me in for an oil change last minute on a Friday at the end of the day. Says a lot that they are a customer friendly store.

I was treated very nicely especially by the new manager Bennie and Tedd. Would return fir service based on this and another visit recently where they saved me about $800. Dealer told me my new snow tire was unrepairable but Bennie showed me what dealer said were two large nails were actually two sharp rocks that penetrated the robust tread. Not even a leak from the rocks. Who knew? Bennie did!

Service was quick and easy even though I walked in with no appointment. Work was complete with no issues. I would definitely be back here for tire services.

First, I want to give a big shout out to Craig for helping me this week! Your customer service is absolutely OnPoint. You answered all my questions and you also help educate me a little bit as well. I do not mind driving all the way out to Benicia from San Francisco anytime! To all the guys you are all awesome from start to finish you guys did not fail to meet incredible customer service! Updating my previous review. On my last visit, the tech tore a big hole in my leather seat. They denied it, if course even after proving it to them. I had just had my seats repaired and the upholsterer wrote a statement saying so. The store manager and district manager both told me basically to get lost. Cost me $400 to repair. I'll never go back.

Incredibly fast service! —I went in for a tire repair but left with four, badly needed, new tires in under 2 hrs with no appointment.:) Craig was extremely helpful, informative, friendly and a great smile with his service! Thanks!

Benny, the representative that helped me today was beyond helpful & kind. He took a scary, and traumatizing accident situation and helped me stay calm. Thank you Benny & Big O for taking care of me, I truly appreciate it!
