Have used Pleasanton BigO since we moved to Pleasanton 30+ years ago. For tires, brakes, oil changes, and all mechanical related services. They always provide great service!

Took my '14 Forester there a couple years ago. Didn't notice the damage to the driver's side, near the wheel well, until a day later. (They must have scraped against a white pillar or something) The guy that worked on it was acting a little weird when we picked it up, but thought nothing of it. We never called to follow up about the damage because what's the point. I'm still mad about the damage every time I see it, so I'm leaving this review.

Bought tires, paid extra for road hazard, had a flat and went in after only 12k on 35k tires and was told they wouldnt warranty my tires beause my car takes different size tires front and back so they couldnt rotate, DONT SHOP HERE, they knew before and never told me they wouldnt warranty and even took my extra money for road hazard, THIEFS

I changed 2 tires several months ago, and today I found some problem on one tire and was told it was caused by some damage myself. Exactly similar issue happened to me years ago, but I changed tires in Costco that time where I was only asked to pay what I used, like 1/5 of full price if I ran 5000 miles, but in Big O tire, I need pay full price. Very disappointed. Rethink before you go to Big O tire.

First time going to this shop. And service was great and pricing as well. They went above and beyond to help me with not just tires but maintenance too. Definitely would purchase tires and have maintenance done here again.

The team at BigO Tires in Pleasanton is nothing short of fantastic. We have been coming to these guys for a number of years and their service, helpfulness and general all round customer first attitude is amazing. Every time, without fail, they have been super helpful in finding the right products at the right price for our family vehicles, old relics / muscle cars and also for our local Rugby Club. Great service! Called up asking for advice on a tire for our Honda Odyssey. I had previously researched some options, so wanted help with the final decision. Decided on the tire, they ordered it, and next day I got the tires installed and wheels aligned. The two rebates were a bonus to save additional money. Thanks!

We got a flat tire on the way to the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz. This was the first place that popped up in a Google search for tire shops near us. We told them what had happened, and they were not willing to help us unless we were going to replace all four tires. We only wanted to replace the one that popped so that we could get back on the road. They told us we should try the tire place across the road. Very disappointing service in an emergency situation. Sadly, we were told by the people who helped us that we were not the first ones to have that experience with this shop.

Courteous and helpful employees. Quick turn around. I had a good experience with removing a nail and fixing my tire there. Would def recommend.

Dependable and priced fairly. They get very busy so I suggest scheduling an appointment by phone or on their website.

We only take our vehicles here for new tires and have done so since at least the year 2000. They always have the tires I want (I research elsewhere) and at competitive prices.

Awesome staff, passed by and they got My valves repaired and checked tire pressure for free. Very nice and friendly staff. Will definitely go there if I need any services in the future.

These guys will always take care of you. They're great. This particular store is fantastic.
