Ethical, fast, and patient customer service with a 'can do' attitude. I showed up on a busy Saturday morning with nothing but photos of my sidewall-punctured tire, asking to buy a wheel and tire. (My car had no spare) After a crash course in wheel size, bolt pattern, and other key points, I left and came back with the whole wheel. An hour later, I left with a new tire, problem solved. Thank you Jorge and everybody at Big O!

Jonathan and Jorge are excellent hosts! The time you have to wait for your car they make it more pleasant and give you a first class service, and they explain everything in detail without hidden expenses and you only pay for the service you need.

On another day my tires badly need a pressure check. I pulled in and the Manager, Johnny helped me pull right into an open bay. I was literally out of there in 4 minutes. TY

These guys welcomed me when I showed up needing tire repair quite late in the afternoon. My tire was punctured by a screw and I was driving on a dinky spare. Jorge wrote me up and then took the extra step of inspecting my tire right away, even though they were going to work on it later. That turned out to be good, because he determined that the particular location of the screw meant that the tire couldn’t be repaired. I needed to get home, so he checked the pressures on the other three tires and the spare so I’d be safe driving 5 hours home. All this, at no charge. Jorge was helpful, friendly and *honest*. I felt that he went above and beyond. I also give credit to his manager, Jonny.

After a scary blowout on freeway, these guys got our tires replaced and back on the road within 90 minutes - Jorge and Jonathan were great, eager to please customers. We are grateful for their help!

I went to get an alignment on my Volvo this morning. Fast, great service. Jonathan Molina took care of me. Good price. Highly recommend it.

Do not go to big tires novice they give different prices I called to change the 4 tires they gave me a price with alignment and taxes and then my husband called and they gave him a different price for the same service do not go

Jeremy (front desk) was very pleasant and thorough. Wrong part came in, still was able to get me out on time. Thank you! Tie rods completed and everything was aligned correctly.

From the minute I walked in Johnny took interest on what I needed. He explained the various options, and he listened to my concerns about how long the service on my car was going to take. He worked around my schedule and got things done in a timely manner.

I wouldn't come back again.unless you have time to wait around! Thanks for nothing. Not to mention lady at front desk has attitude.
