Took my car because the check engine light was on. Apparently they put the window down when they fix the car and didn’t see that there was prior history of the window regulator not working properly and they ended up breaking my window and then wanted to charge me for replacing it or just leave it without the window. In the end I told them since they broke something that I wasn’t even getting repaired in the first place that they had the responsibility to replace it. So my car had to stay there longer, They replaced it the window but is no longer able to go down at this point I took my car and after driving back home the check engine light came back on. I don’t trust this place anymore so I went to AutoZone to get the free check and found out the problem and bought all the stuff and replaced it myself and no more check engine lights and less money. Honestly I’m just going to do this from now on since I do a better job than these mechanics for a bit even big job they couldn’t fix and ended up damaging my car window regulator further.

Needed some maintenance service done to one of our cars and after some research decided on Big O Tires. Made the appointment online and the process was seamless. Had the oil and filter changed, air filter and cabin filter changed as well as all 4 tires rotated. The cost for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation was 69.99 and the filters ran 65.00 installed. This was a very good price based on my research. The person who helped me was the manager Gizmo Seevers. Gizmo is not the movie character from the Gremlins but instead a very helpful and well organized manager of the store. Gizmo had our car done in less than 1 hour. He also retained the air filters so that I can see the service was much needed. I am looking for someone I can trust to service our vehicles and I believe we have found that in Gizmo and Big O Tires. They earned my 5 star review.

Not all Big Os are as Outstanding as this one. I was having some engine trouble while on a road trip. Not getting any help from the local Ford dealer I decided to try Big O because I they've always taken care of my tire and general engine maintenance needs. These guys here were so helpful and attentive to getting me back on the road ASAP. They really went above and beyond what I've experienced at other service stations. Thanks guys!

I had run over a nail and luckily came upon Big O Tires soon after. I pulled in and the manager walked me out to the car and looked at the tire. To make a long story short, he was the most courteous and kindest gentleman I've ever met. (I'm 72) He explained everything to me about what they were going to do to fix the tire. And after, we just started sharing stories and talking about whatever. I've met a few people similar, but not as courteous and nice as this person. And, after I sat down I noticed he was like that with the other customers. You could tell they liked him to. I was very fortunate to have stopped at this tire company. The manager, Gizmo, is the top of the echelon when it comes to people. Thanks for your hospitality. I will be back to get my new tires, just because of you. And, thanks for asking for my email so you could let me know when the company will be having their specials. That's another plus for you.thanks, Gizmo. (I talk a lot. I'm from the south.)

Came in for an oil change and they checked all fluids and brakes. They always gave me a coupon when they're available. They also offer military discount. Very affordable.

Terrible customer service. Unwilling to fix their mistake, what a rip-off. Do not bring your vehicles here!

The internet says this Big O is open on saterday and Sunday and there not very disappointed.they need to fix the issue open up on the weekend or fix the advertised times

These guys really care about what they're doing which is rare these days.

I called first to see if i can bring my suv in for front alignment. I purchased 5 yr $199. So worth it.

I came in on a Sunday, late afternoon. I was traveling from Colorado to San Diego. I had a destroyed tire and running on the emergency spare. Although I needed winter rated tires which were not available, the manager fixed me with a properly sized tire to get me to San Diego where I could order a set of replacement winter tires. Excellent and professional service. I noticed the number of other customers who were equally treated with excellent service.
