Decent prices, good service, central location, parking kinda sucks though. Oh, and it's next to a do it yourself car wash. I have always had good service here.

I've been here several times over the past few weeks regarding tire issues. The employees have been quick, friendly and helpful. At the end, Mishonda gave me a great deal for the final fix. Thanks again.

The people in this stor are very friendly and helpful and professional, very good maintenance, reasonable prices, i`m so happy with them, I repaired all my cars and my family cars in that shop.

Just got off the phone with a question about alignment and whether they will adjust the adjustable control arms and setting correct caster. Person who answered the phone argued and does not know what they are talking about. "As long as the axle is centered it'll drive fine, you can't adjust back to near factory spec"

I came to Big O tires since it was literally next to my work. I had just bought new very expensive tires for my truck. I got their life time alignment package back in 2019 when I first bought my truck. So I felt like I should be a valued customer with Big O. My truck ended up getting a flat due to a nail. The nail was in the best possible place you would want it. I knew it could be patched very easily. I went Big O to get it fixed and to get the truck aligned. 3 hours later I get phone call telling me they couldn't repair the tire. The lady on the phone instantly started to ring me up for a replacement tire when these weren't even 1year old and had less than 5k miles.
I told her I wasn't going to buy a new tire.as soon as I told her I wasn't interested in getting a new tire she went from being sweat to being short and irritated.
I asked if they were able to get the wheels aligned at least. She said well no they cant because you have a spare. I said even though the spare was a full size spare and in the rear of the truck.she rudely said if your not going to buy a new tire you can come pick your truck.
I picked up my truck and went to my old tire shop in Santa Ana, I use to go to. They got my tire repaired in less than 15 mins.and told me Big O was Full of S**T. Which I knew because of where the nail was.
This was almost a year ago around august 2022. Since then I have put thousands of miles on the tire, towed closed to 10K pounds and gone off roading.
I will never use Big O tires again. I get not wanting to be liable for the patched tire. But to change your tone just because I don't want to buy a $400 tire right away is insane.

This shop is a good shop. I have been going here for some time, it is a great place I like the people. I requested for my truck to be serviced the grease fitting for the suspension and steering.got nothing the truck was still squeaking and had no lubricity
