I arrived at 9am and was back on the road with new tires by 1015, not bad for a busy tire shop on a Saturday.

Customer service with a competent team of employees. Dennis is a great manager that does his best to outperform the competition.

Horrible, I went in for an oil change and when I left my transmission didn’t work, mysteriously on the courtesy inspection form the transmission fluid was left in checked, not fine, not may require attention, not immediate attention needed, unchecked. I go to drive my cart off the lot and the transmission started acting up, my mechanic said I was almost out of transmission fluid. My car is an German car, the transmission fluid is hard to find and will not run out.

I hadn't needed car work done since I moved and I decided to give Big O Tires a try- for sure coming here for all of my car needs in the future! The staff was friendly and helpful trying to finish my car as quickly as possible so I could get to work. Monica was so helpful trying to find me the best deal and showed me a before and after diagram of my alignment. I like being told exactly what is going on with my car and having the prices broken down so I appreciated that she did this. Will be back again!

The job got done sufficiently. But not on time. I was told that it would be done before 2: 00, and I told two people that I needed to pick up my daughter at 2: 30, so I had to have my car ready by 2: 00. They both promised that it would get done by 2. At 2: 00, my car was still up with no tires. I finally got it back at 2: 25, and of course I couldn’t make it to pick up my daughter.

Fantastic people, thank you Chris and Dennis. Very friendly and helpful. Got me out quick and back on the road. Highly recommend seeing those two.
