They do not return calls. I had an in- warranty service call they never finished and never would pick up the phone, either, when I called. Pretty poor business practice inho. It has been ten months and nothing from them. So I still have no lighting in my LG fridge.

A loud rumbling sound was coming from our LG gas dryer so I shut it down and called LG. Luckily I was within 8 days away from it coming off of warranty. I'm glad I bought it through COSTCO because they give you a two year warranty while elsewhere you only get a one year warranty. LG sent a message to the nearest warranty repair service which was the Big Screen & Appliance Unlimited in Marina, California. They called me back within the required 24 hours and I explained the rumbling noise coming from the dryer. I was told that they did not have to come out to examine the dryer as it was either the four rollers, pulley or belt that was causing the noise and would order the parts ahead of time. Less than a week later they came out and found that a stop on the end of the motor shaft was missing causing this impeller looking attachment to bang back and forth within it's housing. They didn't have an extra stop but they did bring along a brand new replacement motor with a stop already affixed. They replaced the motor and the dryer is now working fine. I had been worried initially after reading a number of negative reviews but I found them to be very professional and they saved time by ordering replacement parts prior to coming out thus avoiding a second visit. I would call them if something went wrong with another appliance because a least in my case they did a very good job.

When LG told me my refrigerator would be repaired by Big Screen Unlimited, I had significant doubts, however, Big Screen ended up doing terrific work, especially in the midst of this crazy pandemic. This is a local repair shop, not some big retail chain, so it's unreasonable to expect a 24 hr costumer service hotline. In my case, Derrick was completely transparent about the process and would usually get back to me in a day or two. They couldn't really do anything until they had parts, but when the parts did come in, they made an appointment the next day, offering to come by in the evening, after working a full day, just because they knew how long we'd been waiting and how important it was to have our refrigerator back. They were very conscious of COVID restrictions, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. Our refrigerator works great now. I will go with these guys again in a heartbeat, even when our refrigerator is out of warranty

This is NO BIG DEAL HERE! The worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my 63 years on this planet! After being told that a Technician would have to visit my home to diagnose the problem for a $95.00 dollar fee that would then be a credit toward the repair for a part that I already knew I needed to be ordered, I agreed to make an appointment. Monday 6/15/20 between 2pm - 5pm. I left work at 1: 30 PM TO BE THERE On Time. Around 3pm, I called BIG SCREEN to find out when the tech was arriving and was told by the person on the other end of the phone conversation that he didn't know if and when the tech was even going to show up or if and when he could let me know about another appointment nor did he even offer a solution for a follow up. So the technician never showed up, Never called and If I had not called them I would have never known. Subsequent calls to reschedule were met with phone disconnects like they were hanging up the phone and avoiding the call.

No stars. I only gave 1 because I had to. Actually I would give -5 stars if I could. By far worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I really hope Lowes Home Improvement stops using these guys. I have a protection plan through Lowes and the only people they have out here is this company. The didn't come out to the first appointment I made. No call. Nothing. They tried to blame it on Lowes, but when I called Lowes, they showed that the appointment was put in the day I originally called to make the appointment. Then I rescheduled. I called the repair store to confirm and they made me change my appointment time. So they finally make it out here to diagnose my washer. They say yup, needs repairs. Then two weeks later I still haven't heard anything. So I call. I was hung up on 3 times! When I finally got someone, his excuse was they only have one line. DUDE! Ever heard of call waiting!? How long does it take to ask the person you are speaking to, to hold on so you can ask the other person if you can call them back? Not only that but if you are a legit business get an answering machine to take messages when you are on your single line. So finally I get through, give him my info, and he's like I'll look this up and call you back. SERIOUSLY!? You can't talk on the phone and use your computer at the same time? You got dial up or something? If you have a choice don't use these guys. Also if you have a Lowes protection plan, use your own handyman and then ask for reimbursement. I was finally told about that when I called Lowes AGAIN! So moral of the story. Don't use these guys. By far the worst.

WORST SERVICE COMPANY EVER! This company will take your money & not even repair your appliance! Not to mention they are extremely vague with the work/ diagnosis and very RUDE over the phone.

Paid $95 for them to initially misdiagnosis the issue we were having with our 3 year old LG washer. When they came out again to do the repair they claimed they thought the issue was something else but they were unable to remove a bolt on the washer to check. They left telling me they would reach out to LG to determine the fix. After not hearing back from them, finally had to call LG who informed me that Big Appliances had been advised of the specific tool that was needed to remove the bolt but had refused to service the washer since they were afraid of breaking it! This company is a scam!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Came out to fix our washing machine. We’re here less than 5 minutes. Didn’t even run the machine. Said the pump was broken and they needed to order it. Charged us $95 and left. My husband was not satisfied and stared looking at the washer and looked at the filter it needed to be cleaned. He cleaned it and that was the problem. Tried to call the company several times no answer. Finally got ahold of them and explained that it wasn’t the pump. Asked for some money back. They said it’s non refundable. If we hadn’t caught it they would have brought the pump out changed it and charged us for the pump and the labor.
