We live out in the country and found we had a rat and mouse infestation. We need help. I called Big Time Pest Control and they sent Tyler out. What a nice guy.knows his stuff, explained how the bait boxes work and what service he/Big Time would provide. We are delighted with the service. The rat/mouse problem is minimal and we are happy!

All the workers that has been to my house have been very nice and professional. When I needed them to come a 2nd time within 2 weeks they did no questions asked. I am glad I picked this company to take care of my bug problem.

Bummer they would only do a while house treatment when there was only one small spot with termites. I would have hired them to do a lower cost control segment.

I have health issues that cause me to have anxiety and other issues. I was treated respectfully and with reassurance that together we could do this. Quality service thus far!

Unhappy with product. Home service was always outside the home. Binding contract for 1 year (Shame on me for not reading the fine print). They announce their treatment days not schedule with homeowners. That was about $1500 thrown away. Already better luck with my own treatment.

I was surprised to see a little pile of dirt on the carpet in front of the TV. Having no experience on this, I called Big Time Pest Control, gave them the details and hoped to get some service in the near future. They responded that they would have a person their within the hour. Shortly later I received a call from a service man who said that he was in Cottonwood finishing a job and would be at my home in a half hour or so. True to his word, he was there and verified the presence of termites building a tube out of which they would swarm. He then inspected the grounds and prepared a sketch of work that would be needed to prevent the expansion of the termites. He made a call to the office and determined when the work could be done. He provided a bid and advised that the work could be done at two days later, if the estimate was satisfactory. It was and I accepted. Two days later a two man crew arrived on time and did the necessary work quickly and neatly showing an unexpected level of care and attention. Prior to leaving they reiterated what I could expect and instructions to call them if I discovered additional damage.
Well, this 92 year old veteran of two wars and twenty two years of service who thought that quality service done quickly with high regard for the client was a forgotten trait in the commercial world was greatly surprised to see a local firm meet and surpass my greatest expectations. If you need this type of work done, you cannot find a better firm to use.

Unfortunately I wasn't home when Isabel came and I forgot to leave gate unlocked. I'm grateful that her notes reflect that and let me know what to do to get backyard serviced at no additonal cost.

He was very nice, patient and respectful with my disabled son which is extremely important. And so far we haven't had anymore problems. Thank you

Just prior to my last visit 3/7/2023, I called Big Time and spoke to their representative and told her we were having problems with ants. The following day 3/8/23 I had a visit from the exterminator who confirmed my problem with the ants and said he would take care of it. He did. I have not seen an ant since. I love the employees from Big Time. They are professional, friendly, listen to all I have to say, and provide helpful information. I think their rates are reasonable and affordable and would recommend them to others. I am completely happy with their service.

Right after the rains little creepy crawlers were making their way into my house. I called Big Time Pest Control and after their service I have not seen any insects. I have three dogs and gold fish in a pond in backyard. I was worried that my pets might get sick from the spray they used but my pets never had any sort of reaction. The tech that came to my home was very much a gentleman and I really appreciated that. Thank you BigTime staff for helping me create peace in my home.
