Mountain bike popped a tire and these guys were able to sell me an inner tube and Henry was able to replace it in just about 10 minutes when it would have taken me probably an hour. Quality service with quality prices, this is the bike store in Orange that you want to shop at!

Had everything that I needed! Prices are out the roof everywhere & everything is sold out, they had everything to put my old 24" back together. Would recommend if you need any parts they have what you'll need and know a bunch about bikes.

Needed a small bmx part. Went to 3 bigger bike shops that didn’t have it. The guys here came through and had what I was looking for. They have a lot of parts for bmx and would definitely recommend

I know nothing about BMX bikes and must have asked Brian a million and one questions. He was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly to me, he was honest and clearly passionate about what he does making this experience a positive one. Thank you, Brian!

Well, I guess not everybody is happy with the ” Bike alley ”. I am one of them; I am a very unhappy customer. When I was visiting this gentleman and his bike shop the day before and talk to the owner (I assume he is the owner), about my bike He was very nice and polite and everything was just fine. The next day I have brought the bike there to replace a tube on the rear wheel, 26 inch bike, I have ask him if you can put my tube Which I brought with me. He announced that I have to buy his tube, I am older, & due to some circumstances, I do not earn income. If that would be the case than there should be a Notice there about it, I have not seen any and he did not told me the day before about the tube I have to buy from him. Due to the shortage of tubes on the market, you need to find store on line. Took me long time to find store online to buy one. I actually purchased two tubes just in case. I hesitated but I need the bike to be fixed. I waited couple days for the call to he saying the bike is ready. But no call. I called him back and he said he has called and left message, I have an iPhone 8 plus, if someone make a call or leave a message I would see it, but there was no call from the shop or message for that matter.
Moving forward, I picked up the bike and paid my balance. But due to my injuries I could not bike but, however I took for a test ride. The bike was totally not capable of moving the back wheel, was dragging and weird noise was coming out from the back wheel. After my inspection I have found the chain was very tight and the breaks were totally tight to the back of the metal part of the wheel. That is why I could not bike? I did called the shop next day, and told him the situation and he insisted that he has done nothing to cause the bike not operating properly. And actually, he announced to me that the bike needs a lot of repairs. WHAT!?
THE BIKE IS TOTALY NEW! One-month-old and I only bike ONE DAY, but like I said early due to my injuries, I could not bike. The bike was in perfect shape and without any dragging or noises coming out from the back wheel.
I have an idea why he did what he did, it’s a retaliation from a day before that I have had been insulted by one of his customers (I won’t get into details), but the customer was like a wolf attacking me. And tried to hit me. (It was about him trying to park next to me as I need to take time to get into my track, he grew angry and become impatient). But some passer but seeing me with the brace on my left knee, stop the other guy from attacking me, which I want to thank him. Otherwise, he would kill me right there. Anyway. I am a highly educated person; I work on Navy Ships and Container ships. I am a Quartermaster. So I was unhappy customers I would not even give a one star, and I am not a mean person. I don’t like to write many negative comments about the businesses because 99.9% of companies are just fine, but sometimes you can find a rotten apple in a bunch.
I’m not going to tell you if you should go to his shop or not. That’s not my to say, but my unhappiness about this situation prompted me to write this comment. I like to the public to know how I was treated, and I believe there was some sort of either retaliation and or perhaps to extort money from me because he said the bike needs a lot of repairs. How can you have a lot of repairs? It’s a brand new bike. It’s ridiculous. I think that is what prompted me actually to write a comment. Nothing about that comment that he wants me to bring the bike so he can fix on anon repairs and announce things that don’t exist, so anyway, I know the bike is made in China, but that doesn't doesn’t matter. And of course, I bought it at Walmart. So this comment is not intended to harm anybody, and then shape and performance have to insult anybody. I just simply have the right as an American citizen. I have the right to my opinion. I have the right to comment and whether it is positive or negative. Thank you for reading a very, very lengthy statement, but if I don’t explain what happened that nobody Would know. JVK.

So I came by this place to drop off my Specialized CruX that is my absolute baby. I take very good care of her. I came here because my go-to shops all had 1-2 month wait times and they told me they can work on my bike ASAP and they can handle a cassette and rear derailleur install. Awesome! I drop off my bike and get a call a few days later and they tell me that my rear shifter is broken. Broken? I've never had a problem with my shifter (I run Sram Rvial mixed groupset). I was upset that I paid full price for an install and then still had to take my bike to The Cyclist to get it to shift properly (FYI they said my bike shifted great). I paid in full since hey labor at least and he also got my parts on my bike.

The second incident was today when I went to pick up a Giant comfort bike I bought used for my dad. The rear wheel just needed some love since the free hub wasn't engaging, I wanted a front a rear derailleur adjustment, and just a front tube. I get a call 5 days later saying my ENTIRE WHEEL IS NO GOOD. He has one in stock for $80 what luck, right? At this point I'm fed up with this shop so I come back to pick up my bike and while I was in the middle of talking to him to see what we can work out, he cuts me off and says that'll be $15. Wait hold on you didn't do anything. No front tube. No rear or front derailleur adjustment. No fix on the free hub issue I had. What was the $15 for? ! He said it was labor since he says, "I diagnosed your bike and now you know what's wrong. " NO SH*T DUDE the bike doesn't pedal it has a damn sticky hub that you just need to take off, clean, and slap back on. I told him that I don't see the point of paying him for doing absolutely nothing. He then proceeds to tell me to just take the bike but "don't come back".

The best advice is from the owner himself. "Don't come back. " And that's what I recommend for you all.

Just dropped off my bike. Ruben was very helpful. I asked him for his opinion on getting a paint job. He suggested to get it cleaned up, replace the chain and change out the grip handles.the transaction was easy. I’m super happy! Can’t wait to get my bike back?
