Had an amazing experience. George was a GREAT guide. Provided some really awesome and interesting information. Kept the group super engaged. Couldn't have asked for a better guide. Seeing the wildlife and kayaking through the caves was so cool. Overall, great experience!

Enjoyed our time out on the water with Jack today! He was knowledgeable and great at his job; we had fun listening to his stories and jokes.

I was nervous heading out as the surf was a little heavy, but the guys on the shore made sure we got out safely. Once we were past the breakers, it was a breeze!

On the way back in we ended up tipping (despite the guide who swam out to help us in), but it was actually enjoyable and refreshing after sitting in the sun for a while.

We couldn't kayak the caves because of the water conditions, so they gave us vouchers to go to the Cave Store. I really appreciate that extra detail; they make sure their customers are taken care of.

All in all, I'm now wondering why it took me so long to finally do this tour. I would go out with this company again tomorrow!

The stuff and prepping at the store was ok, well organized.
Once we got to the beach and then the water the guides were great.funny, friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. We had the opportunity to see a dolphin swimming very closed to us.
For the tour itself.i don't know, due to the time of the day, the wind had picked up and we were unable to get close to the caves. Only one cave is actually accessible for the Kayak.we were pulled in by Eliot; the water was amazingly clear, a few sea lions and we headed out after a few minutes.
The area is crowded with other stores tours, we had to wait a couple of minutes until we we able to proceed.
Once we were back at the beach, we were pulled in by a staff member closer to shore, we just went to the store, returned the vest and helmet.
The showers were not working and it was very disappointing because we had to travel over two hours coming back home, and it was uncomfortable with the salty water.
Overall I really like it, it was a nice experience.

The tour was awesome! The guides. Jack and Brian were friendly, funny, very profesional and answer all our cuestions. We will comeback to do the tour again and recomend to our family and friends.

Rentals are fine and reservation is easy. We just did the 90 min kayak rental. Facilities include a locker which is extra charge but there is a complimentary foot wash to get all the beach sand off. Three change rooms and washroom on site too. Staff is ok.

Did a kayak and snorkeling tour, the guides were very helpful and friendly. Had a great time and felt safe 100% of the time. Would go back again and definitely recommend the facility.

It was my fiance and i first time on a Kayak. And it was really fun. The staff were really friendly and went above and beyond to help anyone with issues. Our two tour guides were very knowledgeable and definitely looked out for the first time kyakers like myself. My fiance and me had a great time. Make sure to get the early tour because there will lots of swimmers out in the Caves and other Kayak companies in the afternoon. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Ronnie and JuJu were our tour guides and they were just the right duo for the job. My buddy and i learned about the caves and the sea life surrounding the caves. We thought there would be more cave exploring but we still had a great time.

Rented 2 paddle boards for 90 minutes. We were sent into the back alley to pick up the last 2 boards. There were 2 paddles left and 1 was broken and no longer adjustable. (It was too short to use standing and I kneeled the whole time). You then find yourself in an alley with no idea what direction the ocean is or how far. It was a much longer hike than we expected (with the heavy/awkward boards). The kayak tours seemed to be better organized and the equipment was delivered to the beach.

This was an awesome time for my kiddos. They had so much fun snorkeling and kayaking they want to come back next summer. The guides were professional, patient and attentive. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Disappointing. This should be advertised as an extreme fitness adventure, not a "tour" of caves. My family works out regularly and are all "fit" and in shape. It would be very difficult to go on this tour if you are unfit. After paddling for miles on the open ocean, we got to go into one cave for 5 minutes. It is NOT a leisurely tour to see marine life. Be prepared for a two-hour work out.

Great kayak tours. Spencer and Tori were knowledgeable and fun. My one recommendation would be to go early. We went midday and the ocean was a bit crowded.

Awesome experience. Tyler and Sawchi were excellent guides. Would have been even more awesome had we gone deeper into the caves. Would totally recommend.

The staff were so helpful and great! I took my parents who are in their fifties on the Sea Cave kayak tour. I worried that they would struggle getting past the surf in kayaks. But with the help of the wonderful staff from La Jolla Bike and Kayak we all had a great time with no issues! Their shop is organized and efficient. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience that was had thanks to these guys, not only that but we learned so much from our guides Jordan and DJ.

Pro Tip: Things in the shop were fair but could add up and that's what you gotta pay if you don't come prepared.

The La Jolla kayak tour to the sea caves was amazing. Benji and Serena were awesome! They give you great history of the area, and info about the ecosystems in the water. This was one of the best tours I have ever done!

Awesome! So much fun! The cave tour gets you right out into the cove. Our guides, Tori and Daniel were so nice. It was a good workout, but do-able, even for an out-of-shape 50-something mom!

Great two hour tour for the family vacation. Would highly recommend. Learn alot about the area and wildlife. Will totally go again if we cone back here for next year's vacation.

Kayak tour guides don't teach their customers how to paddle or how to not crash their boats into other kayaks, snorkelers, swimmers and anything else on the water. When there are waves, these kayak "guides" are extremely dangerous!
