Bikecraze - Bicycles and Electric Bike Shop, Anaheim CA

After reviewing bikecraze reviews I feel that I am fortunate to come out from the bike shop with just my throttle messed up took it in for rear brake adjustment looks like they got brake fluid all over my throttle didn’t clean it well brake fluid chewed up all the plastic on my throttle. That’s not the worst part these guys do live up to their reviews not one person took responsibility for this all I got was “I DONT KNOW, I DONT KNOW” from one business owner to another you have to learn from your mistakes you guys did a great job on my brakes I give you that but at what cost!

I took my e bike battery there for repair. Scott was very helpful and fixed it for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this shop if you are looking to repair your bike or purchase a new one.

Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was the only sales person in the shop so he was busy. You have to understand, this shop isn't Nordstroms and he left us a couple of times to help other customers. But he took the time to explain and answer our questions. We never felt rushed. He encouraged us to take test rides. We did not purchase our bikes from them (due to financing options) but will definitely take them there for service. Like any small business, give them a chance to earn your business.

Heads up people this is a shop that sells an SE at almost double the cost. They try to boost up the price.go to REPUTABLE bike shop instead of a shop that takes you for your money.

Went in to buy some Aventon Adventure electric bikes. Met with the owner Scott who was super nice and went over all of the details. They have a ton of e bikes there to check out and test ride. After looking at them online it was nice to see a lot options in person so I could find the bikes that would be best for me. Scott gave me a great deal and I was able to take one the same day and picked the second bike up a couple days later after he ordered it in for me. Highly recommended this bike shop.

I want to take the time to leave a good review bc people only want to leave reviews when their mad about something. First off I live in south oc about 30 mins away from the shop but I will make the drive for this shop! They took care of my son and I 2 times first when we bought his Surron lite bee in January 2023 it was super fast and easy we came in my son picked out his bike he wanted. It was already built ready to be put right into the truck. Now in May 2023 the throttle went out and something was wrong with the brake lever so of course I’m gonna take it back to where I purchased the bike and without hesitation, they wheeled the bike to the back, talk to the mechanic explained what was wrong with it they gave me an estimate of about four days turnaround time to pick it up and not even two hours later they call me and tell me my bike is ready to be picked up. It was the day before Mother’s Day and they were closing in 30 min but instead they decided to wait for me to get there to pick up my bike. They could’ve easily just closed shop and made me wait till Tuesday. So that was cool of them. It wasn’t under warranty of any kind but they did take care of us and really fast the guy (Scott I believe) was real cool no rudeness at all he even helped us load and unload the bike. Taking care of your customers without rudeness goes along way in the world we live in today. I’m a forever customer for bike craze I’m waiting to get my 7 year old her first e-bike and we will be getting it here. Thx u Bike Craze for taking care of us.

I live in Ohio and bought two bikes from Bikecraze in CA through their online store. Spent more that $4,400.

POSITIVES: 1. Price - because of their Spring sale, they were the least expensive of all dealers in the nation, even in OH. Add to that free shipping and no tax charged, I saved almost $1,000.2. Selection: Extensive selection. I knew what I wanted, so this didn't matter much to me but from what I could see on the website, it appears there are a lot of choices. 3. Coordinated shipping: I had the bikes shipped to a local bike shop for assembly and they made sure the manufacturer knew where to ship the bikes.

NEGATIVES: 1. Communication. Scott was friendly when I spoke to him but that's the only positive thing about their communication. Communication is by far their greatest problem. Other reviews will state this too. Every step of the way I either had to reach out several times or decipher information in my online account to be able to track shipment and determine status. Email responses were generally 1 sentence and I only got 2 of them. My two conversations with someone on the phone were < 1 minute as well. I had a bike damaged in shipment and after submitting my photos for a claim, was told I would receive status updates on the replacement. I've NEVER heard anything from them. I chose to call the manufacturer myself to get an update. I also had my authorized bike shop do some legwork with his account representative to track and update me on the status. Thanks to the info I got from the manufacturer and the bike shop owner, I was well informed about the status of my replacement bike and just picked them both up today. Had the communication been much better and I didn't have to decipher my shipping information from my account portal, I would gladly give them 5 Stars.

If you an online shopper and want a very competitive price and a good selection and you are a problem solver that doesn't mind dealing with poor communication, Bikecraze is the place to shop.

Shoutout to my new family at Bikecraze Anaheim. They make the bike buying process easy even when you order online. I understand that it took a while to get my SE Bikes Savage Flyer as these bikes are a hot item right now and in high demand but I was understanding and very patient. If you’re ever in the Anaheim area come stop by. I’m sure the staff is very knowledgeable about any bikes they offer, approachable, and friendly! Do some research on the bike you want, check the availability of it, call and ask questions regarding the bike, then order, and most importantly be patient. Your bike will come, I promise! And if you order online like me because you don’t want to leave the comfort of your own home or if you just live very very far away (also like me) then Bikecraze will deliver it to you, no problem. Thanks Bikecraze. I don’t think I’ll be buying more bikes any time soon as I have plenty of bikes already but I’ll definitely remember you folks and how it made me feel that time getting that new bike from y’all. Horrible service. They need to learn how to torque bolts so they don't fall off. They also lied and told me this was the newest surron when it is not.

Nice shop, got my 38ah surron here and couldn’t have had a easier experience, guys there are cool and professional, helped me load it up and everything, and they have the best out the door price out of everyone around here, check them out!
