Just had some work done by bill Metzger Bill Metzger Plumbing. Evan did a fabulous job and went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend their service!

Tech Nic arrived on time and quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. He estimated the job and told us how it would cost. Tech Nic quickly fixed the problem with minimal restoration required. Outstanding plumber. I learned a lot from him. Extremely polite and proficient in plumbing skills.

I got four bids from reputable established plumbing companies recommended on Google. This company was over THREE Times MORE expensive then any other company. I feel the male plumbers think women are stupid and don’t care and then look at her house and then TRY to overcharge. Therefore I DO NOT recommend this company as they are unethical. This job took another plumbing company less than one hour to complete for less than 1/3 of the price. You know their price was too high when the other bids all came in around the same at 3 times cheaper!

Metzger is awesome, They always answer the phone, scheduling is pleasant. They show up when they say they are going to. They do code inspectable work and billing is a easy with competitive rates

We were very impressed with Bill Metzger Plumbing! We had a weekend slab leak and it was very helpful that they are open 24 hours. They were friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. Josh was the technician came out and he was very professional, clean, and communicative. We are out of state homeowners and it was helpful that he kept in contact with us as well as our renters throughout the process.

Again, another job well done. Jenri installed the toilet and didn’t drive me crazy like some of the other service people that I’ve had to hire in my new house. Metzger plumbing is the best and hire only the best. Could not ask for better service.

After a horrible experience with another company that falsely told us that we needed to pay 14,500 because we had roots in our pipes under our house, we decided to get a second opinion. Jacob came over with the best camera and checked it out and told us there was actually nothing wrong with our pipes, after having a Hydro jet flush out drip debris. He was so professional and we were so relieved. I will use them again I recommend him and this company highly.

Needed some repairs (replacement of leaking water filter, angle stop) at my residence. Office answered immediately, offered same day technician. We elected for the following day and the shop called ahead of the visit and said technician could come earlier. Evan arrived and assessed our problems, provided estimate, and said he was available to begin the repairs once he picked up a replacement filter from a nearby supplier. Evan was clean, friendly, communicated each step clearly, and was obviously experienced and knowledgeable. He completed the repairs as promised without a hitch. Of course it was expensive but this was a job for a pro, and we got a very good one. Evan is 5 stars. Will call Bill Metzger for plumbing needs in the future and recommend them to neighbors.

Evan was great and very professional. He changed the filters in our kitchen reverse osmosis system. He was attentive and got the job done efficiently and to our satisfaction. The carbon filter for our whole house water softener system also needed to be replaced. He threw that one in there at no extra charge! Over the years, we have developed a good working relationship with Bill Metzger. We have had them do a lot of jobs for us, from hooking up our fire table to a gas line in our backyard to doing various plumbing jobs around the house. They do excellent work and have definitely become our go-to plumber.
