It's the staff, the new car side was personable and likable, the used car side was lacking thereof. I came with a budget, a reasonable budget, and I kept getting shown vehicles that were clearly out of budget and not by a little, but by a mile and then some!
The person we were dealing with seemed to be more interested in himself and the phone rather than making sure we were comfortable. Won't be coming back here for any future purchase.
