Donated blood today for the first time. I came in at 2 and finished on or before 4pm.

The person at the front was very nice, i think her name is cassie (?) with the purple hair. I checked in, she asked for my social security, ID and mail that has my address but she gave it back to me because the ID and social security have it. She checked if i have a good vein. Gave me the binder to read about donating plasma and then gave me the tablet to watch a video. After that I answered 70 questions at the kiosk then i went to do the screening (took my blood, blood pressure, weight) read some stuff again like side effects etc.then went on physical exam. That took 1 hour and another 1hr for the actual donation. Everyone was very nice. Make sure you bring some earphones if you dont want to hear any noise because they were playing around and some might think its very unprofessional.

Also they have the app where you can answer the questions on your phone to make the donation even faster rather than using the kiosk.

Friendly staff, Erik and Cassie are so nice, so helpful, clean environment. Best staff ever!

I've donated at this location for almost a year, roughly 40 visits. The staff is friendly, efficient, and confident. The facility is well maintained, and very welcoming. Many of the employees know me on a first name basis, though I'm still working on learning theirs, sadly. If you have any inhibitions about donating, this place will put them to rest. Cheers!

First time here, and it was a very quick and seamless experience. I don't like needles so I was a bit hesitant to donate but Kyler definitely made the process alot easier. He is very understanding and knowledgable about his work, so I recommend you guys look for him when donating.

I have been a Donor at this Grifols Biomat facility for 5 years now and i must say it continues to be a wonderful experience. The staff take great care of you make sure you are their nuumber one priority. What i do appreciate is the improvements that have been made there over there years-all aimed at ensuring the visitor experience is worthwhile and forfilling. For example, montly incenstive programs, raffles, and even an occasional text saying "Hi. " They recently installed an express Kiosk that makes the daily sign in process go a lot faster, so that's cool. The donors that come here are from all walks of life; from young to old, retired or coming there before or after their job. All here to help saves lifes. Dont be shy. Stop by and save a life.

I was a little nervous on my 1st donation but every staff member made the process extremely comfortable and pleasant. They were also very attentive to people when needed. You can definitely tell the staff are concerned with your comfort.

I love that the wait time and total process was explained to me upfront and there were no surprises about how long the process takes. The NURSES - were awesome! So friendly. Great to have an option for some dollars in my pocket.

Great staff, clean environment, and in and out service! All around awesome experience. FIVE STARSSS!

Overall a great experience at this place. If there's one thing I can point out, the staff is definitely welcoming and knows what they're doing. There was a guy named Tyler or Kyler, I don't know who trained him, but other places could definitely use a guy with his high caliber. Calm, collected and executes his work with absolute care.

The plasma donation process and patient service is wonderful. The technician Miriam was nice and patient in the check-in process. Definitely returning to donate to this center.

This place has the most wonderful staff. They always make me feel welcomed and at ease each time I come.

First time donating here and had a great experience. The staff is awesome. I think one of the guys was named Kyle but might be wrong. He was very chill but always makes donating quick and easy so I can go about my day. Really considerate of him and very much appreciated.

My initial review was a one star due to an incident that occurred during a recent visit. Upon making it known to the management team, the issue was resolved sufficiently.
I have since increased my rating.

To much of a hassle to get signed up. Very disappointed. Don't waste your time here like i did

My experience with Biomat Orange was fantastic! From the attentive & careful staff to the clean & peaceful environment. Everything was smooth & efficient. I had a great and informative conversation with the center manger Carla, & a warm hello from the assistant manager Allison. Will definitely be returning.
