The people here are awesome but they need to fix 2 things. Their website should tell you when you are able to make your next appointment so I am NOT WASTING MY TIME getting up super early and driving 20 miles for nothing. They also need to fix their finer scanner. I shouldn't have to go through 4 kiosks to finally get yhe damn thing to work. Very disappointing.

1) Disinfecting not done to kiosks, chairs, booths, or cuffs between person use
2) Bathroom in back near bays has always been dirty when I enter
3) Employees don't follow protocol ie.
A. Dirty lab coats some shoes
B. Not wiping hands between glove changes
C. Gloves not over sleeves
D. Re-infection of needle area after iodine
E. Walk around touching everything, their hair, mask, even picking up stuff from the floor then handle "sanitary items"
F. With same gloves on touch various machines

I am a new donor and I love coming here! Staff is super friendly and go beyond to make us feel comfortable. The bonuses are always a plus! I love it here!

Great service and courteous staff. I had a very positive experience donating plasma at the Biomat location in bellflower.

From the front door to finish, the staff and management are spot on. Very professional, efficient, and friendly. Genuinely nice people doing a great thing, day after day, and displaying the very definition of caring. All highly trained. Outstanding experience, from start to finish.

So I went yesterday for my first time and based on the reviews i was a little nervous but figured I'd go and see for myself anyway. Everything was great, the nurses are very caring (especially night staff). Im not sure why everyone on here is complaining about? But oh well. Obviously your first time is going to take more time of course. They check to make sure youre healthy and in a good place to donate, im definitely going to become a regular here.

Great customer service here, all the staff is very friendly.

Horrible redoing your physical takes so much longer than first visit none of the staff can help you no one knows anything or has any answers for you

I dont leave reviews. Its just not what i do so the fact that im leaving one now only goes to show. Let me start off by saying that the majority of the staff here are polite. This review however isnt about courtesy but rather about professionalism. Let me tell you professionalism is shockingly absent here.
It almost feels like theyre "winging it" halve the time. Ive had one girl use the same gloves after finishing her work on the man next to me. Ive had a nerve severed. (Im not the only one neither.) Ive had to be stuck repeatedly by 2/3 different people all of whom were unsuccessful in their work. Its a real shame i have to leave this review but this is the 3rd time already and i find it odd that nobody has conducted a formal investigation considering the high volume of complaints against the Biomat in Lakewood CA.

Money is not what should be your only reason of going, being a donor should feel exciting but their main concern here is making you feel less of that once your (left without the) new donor fees are up, the staff here operates like children given needles because the pressure is left of the workers as long as they have an significant amount of donors. Overall if money is a high priority, your left with nothing but a donation that feels nothing to be rewarding (25,35 fees). Unless your poor.and as of any staff, all morale feels out the window once left to themselves and the long hours of the employees start to implement and are becoming of concern to the donor when donating (Day to night basis). Dont come here if you have any sense of feeling better with what your doing because once you get the returning donor fees, there is nothing of a pleasurable experience by any means because the morale is pretty low of a standard here from new workers to present, everything isnt operating at a high demand or a need of the donor only to feel of a remarkable experience especially when it is painful. Everytime ive left im left with it could be better or i could be thanked for taking time of my day and if it was better i could make recommendations outside and inside to the people of my liking and have schedules that suit me and make any thoughtful request but the service here is out without a thought to the donor will have a tendency to lack from future walks when walking in and walking out of those "donor" doors. If money is an issue, ill happily remain with my time and lack of money thank you.for hoping to be open to any kind of experience/service of my own to just be left with any thought of bad experience here is unacceptable

Encoragment isnt there strong suit, im left with no (good, uplifting) experince with my gear or years i wish to have kept making here. Hope it will be a better place for your donation, because time isnt always money. Time and money should be less of a concern for a place like this. It should be a wholesome experience but its more of a defecit of any kind of one.

Horrible service, the employees are very unknowledgeable. Would avoid this location at all cost.

Been donating here for months now. My only complaint is they dont like giving you your referral bonuses

Got here at 8: 12 it's 9: 43 and they just called me the wait is horrible 2 hours and I have not been attended yet I will keep posting till I leave up out of here so far they suck customer service is great though the real nice here lol

I like receiving the bonuses but they aren't all up to par with finances. I'm disappointed because they made a mistake and told me I had $50 when they only gave me $45. So I called them, they told me to call the bank and the bank said there's no record of my balance being $50 so now I'll basically losing 5 bucks off my next donation. Wish I had a bonus card right about now or atleast a V.i. P card so I won't have to wait so long.

Staff is INCREDIBLY slow. So slow even when theres little to no clients in the center. It shouldn't take 90 MINUTES just to get hooked up to the chair. There can be 10 staff w 30 beds open and 12 patients waiting yet it will take forever.
This staff needs retraining for maximum efficiency. Literally every other plasma center gets you in and out the door within 1 hour. Not 3 like this place.

It took 7 hours and 45 minutes to get through my first donation today! Everyone was so nice, but that was absolutely ridiculous!

I was there less than a minute ago alot of people ahead of me, thr person that was going to help me saud i would be waiting for 5 hours, alot of junkies and non civilved looking people

Friendly staff can be a Wait sometimes but if you get there at the right time usually takes 2-2 1/2 hrs

They will send a rookie to ruin your veins not once but twice, they will not pay you on time! After waiting over 4 hours, they will talk about you like you aren't a human if you come in more then twice a week. The women here at this facility are miserable single most of them can't wait to eat lunch not a surprise. They don't care about you the donator they only care about their next lunch break.
