I’ve been going to Wellness Chiropractic for several years to get relief from joint and back pain. I am a strong believer in chiropractic and accupuncture therapy vs surgery and both are available here.
Dr. Yousofi is the best chiropractor I've ever worked with. During my initial session, Dr. Yousofi spent an hour educating me about functional neurology and how chiropractic can not only help structural discomfort but improve the speed at which information is sent between our brain and nerves. When it was time for an adjustment, she listened closely and asked questions to understand the issues that brought me there and customized my adjustment to meet my needs. Unlike many chiropractors I've gone to, Dr. Yousofi takes her time and doesn't just do the same thing over and over again. Her practice is integrative. I came in with a shoulder injury I had been dealing with for years and it finally got to the point where I couldn't cross my arm over my body. She suggested we incorporate cupping in addition to massage and chiropractic. After about 3-4 sessions of cupping around my shoulder and upper back, my shoulder feels like it did before my injury. I would recommend Dr. Yousofi to anyone. She is incredible.
