Birchwood Village Apartment Homes, Brea CA

This place was nice to live in, but the people in the leasing office have such terrible attitudes. The afeminite man with the long hair, the old Hispanic lady that can barely speak English, with the exception of Stephanie these people need to be coached on how to handle tenant concerns. It's no wonder the reviews impart what they do, it's true. Your office staff is a sad joke. Rude and incapable of effective communication. Move somewhere where the gate isn't always broken, or there isn't homeless people using the facilities. It happens all the time here!

Leasing office is a joke and so is most of the staff. Don’t expect to get straight answers or rational discussions. So strange and sad that these are employees running such a profitable, pretty apartment complex. I’ve never left that leasing office calm or satisfied. Luckily moving out of California for a bit now.

I can’t express enough how professional Leasing Agent Lourdes has been from move-in to move-out. Maintenance service is done online and there’s always quick response to any interior or exterior issues that are reported. Management will always send e-mail updates on anything going on in the community. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. I would recommend this complex to any family or friend looking to move to Brea.

Shout out to Patty in maintenance, who works hard to help with repairs, she's fast proactive, and strives to maintain great customer satisfaction.

A top notch facilities tech with superior customer service skills & who actually cares is hard to find. Patty is very much appreciated and makes a big difference in my living experience here.

Miguel did a great job insulating around the AC unit to fix my complain about air going through. Thank you

Thankful for our maintenance manager Erik. He’s always helpful and quick to get the work done quickly and correctly. I was also in need of a jump start one morning and he took the time out of his busy schedule to get me going so I wouldn’t be late for work. Thank you man.

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude for all Leslie & Patty have done for my pup (Mía) and I over these last few years! I originally lived here at Birchwood Village in 2016,2017 & 2018 and returned in the summer of 2021. I returned because Birchwood Village is a great place to live at! From the office staff to the maintenance crew; they are all friendly, act with urgency and are very accommodating! Leslie has always gone above & beyond to make my stay here at Birchwood Village a fabulous one! I highly recommend giving Birchwood Village a shot! Who doesn’t like living in a clean, quiet & renovated space? !

Erik and Patty are always a pleasure to work with. They are very pleasant and will always do a good job in fulfilling our repair requests!

Employees at Birchwood Village are pleasant. Lourdes and Stephanie communicates clearly and always have a positive attitude with a smile. I have been living here for 5 to 6 years and they are my go to when I need something done. When my daughter and I forget to bring water when we go to the gym they provide us a water bottles. I usually don’t do reviews but I wanted to take a little time to write this one because they both deserve great compliments. Thank you ladies and god bless! For Birchwood, can we fix those BBQ Grills please? It will be appreciated, thank you!

5 years ago I was looking for a new place closer to work. I don’t miss commutes and this place has been great to me.
