Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, Carlsbad CA

I throughly enjoy this establishment, the barista Kit provided superb service the bird and the rock were expertly shown in the latte art in the same way that an interpretive dance expresses the deepest emotions of one’s soul. Speaking of soulful the barista (Kit) gave a riveting reaccountment of how they acquired their fabulous jewelry that left us in tears. It was most fabulous and I shall most certainly be coming back with a smile creeping upon my face.

Nice coffee spot in Bressi. Some items feel a bit overpriced. Great selection of coffees though and some delicious chocolate bars.

Coffee is already a popular cafe for us. Coffee beans are good and I want to talk about syrup this time. I bought this syrup with sandpier's name, made coffee at home, put oat milk in it and drank it iced. This is really delicious. I think this place is good for making syrup as well as coffee beans. It really does upgrade the coffee.

Great location for a coffee shop! The seasonal decorations are a nice touch. Staff was super friendly as well. Coffee tasted fantastic since they didn't over roast the beans.

I love this place! Really great cappuccino with cinnamon. I had 2 the last time I was there because they are that delicious!

Delicious! I got an iced Honey B latte and a Breakfast Croissant - both were made perfectly. The Breakfast Croissant was perfectly flaky, the egg was cooked to gooey perfection, and the bacon was hot and crispy! Will definitely be returning.

The worst service at any coffee shop EVER!
Please teach your employees how to be kind, thoughtful and respectful to your customers, especially when they mess up your order and forget to make your order.

It was a nice atmosphere and the employees were very kind. My drink was pretty good, but the coffee itself is just overpriced:/

If you want a caffeine rush, this is the place to go they also make unbelievably great avocado toast

Coffee shop is awesome! Buy a bag of beans, get a free cold brew or a coffee. Rad deal. Honestly great prices for the quality you’re getting!

Only gripe is that they just changed hours and now close 1 hour and 30 minutes earlier than what It says on Google. Which sucks that I drove here stoked to get my monkey bite. Guess I got a reason to come by tomorrow morning!

Ordered Iced Vanilla Latte. Didn't realize that the iced version was more expensive than a hot version. And separate prices wasn't noted on menu board. $6 for a latte is more than enough. $7 for an iced latte is a bit much. Doubt I'll be back.

The specialty drinks are not your normal chain variety…syrups are custom crafted. That makes it a little hard to know what I’m ordering but I’ve enjoyed the beverages I have tried so far and am looking forward to trying new ones! There is also a breakfast menu which gives nice options for a quick casual breakfast at the shop or to go!

Honestly, I can't decide if I love this Bird Rock location so much because of the delicious coffee, or because of the incredible staff working here! Coffee (drinks) are always perfect and beautiful. Bird Rock lattes are my absolute favorite. Smooth, creamy, rich nutty flavor, perfect amount of foam, AND beautiful! Seriously. My husband loves their coffees (brewed varieties change daily). The pastries and food are great too.

Ok, but in truth, it's the coffee team working here that makes it so special.wow! Genuine, warm, caring, calm.real. I don't care how busy or frantic, they always smile and greet us warmly. They look us in the eye and never rush us to get on to the next customer. I love that you can see them brewing your coffee, and even the person cooking in back. You can tell the team gets along well and enjoys their jobs. In addition, questions I've had about the different beans have always been answered intelligently and thoughtfully. Whoever does their hiring is spot-on and to be congratulated. They have found some real gems.

Long story short? Come visit and stay awhile. Have an amazing cup of coffee along with a wonderful smile; both of which will brighten your day. That's what makes this our favorite north county coffeehouse and keeps us coming back!:) :) Sorry I don't have a picture of this morning's latte to attach to this review. Next time!

Best coffee in So-Cal! Great service, perfectly made flat white and cappuccino. Unlike Star-Yucks and Aweful- Bean they use quality beans that not only don't taste like burnt underwear (like SB & CB) but use fresh perfectly well roasted beans that are rich, smooth, aromatic, incredible and delicious. Skip the coffee for chumps locations and give these guys a try. Just awesome. And no I don't work there, I was on vacation with my family. Real review.

Low cleanliness. The floors really need to be swept. The tables and chairs are filled with crumbs. Starbucks has higher standards.
