Birdeye has been the most thought out tool for our business needs. So far we are integrating the Web Chat features and the Review Collection Tools are smart and slick. The Idea that customer can choose to contact us with an issue if not happy or leave a review if happy, that choice is everything! Thank you, also to Khushboo for such a great onboard experience.
I have contacted their support team many times and they are very straight forward and help you. They know every answer to the questions I have given. Doing a great job at making the hard things easy.
Never buy a product that forces you into a year contract without a trial. I tired numerous campaigns to get reviews and got 1 out of hundreds of requests sent. Now I can no longer use these clients for reviews. The fact that they lock you into a year contract without trying is ridiculous, they must know it doesn't work.
Signed up with Birdeye after talking to Dr. Len Tau, I was impressed with all that came with it on top of the review requests. Setup was very simple and my account manager Sahil was awesome. Sahil was very prompt with phone calls, listened to my questions and is committed to our success with the platform!
