Booked the lowest package and was upsold for shampooing my seats only to nearly the price of the exo. Tipped 20% so it was over 200 for the service. The detail was not detail though. It was finished in the dark (no one's fault other than booking timeslots too late) but several things were missed. I emailed to complain and ask for a partial refund as I assumed paying $200+ would get my car looking great. It didn't. They said it needs buffing and wax. Someone else came back two days later to help remedy but only cleaned the inside seat. Streak marks, water marks, bird poop stains, sap were left. He was here all of 15 mins to fix the initial complaint. Honestly have had better exterior car wash at local shell station, lol. If you have hundreds to gamble with, go for it but if not, go to your local car wash station and DIY at a car vac.

Never got my car detailed because I thought it wasn’t worth it, but Birds convinced me. They did such a great job and my car has never looked better. They are super responsive and helpful with any questions you have. I will definitely be using their services again and I definitely recommend! Their reviews truly live up to their services and team. Had the pleasure of working with Tyler on my 2013 Toyota Corolla. He arrived on time for my appointment and helped me situate where to best leave my vehicle for cleaning services (there are a lot of plants near sidewalks and finding space for cars can be tricky). Tyler asked me to walk him through trouble areas such as the steering wheel and headlights - he was very friendly and shared pricing details. After about 3.5 hours of meticulous work, my car was looking amazing! Tyler did fantastic work and I’ll definitely be returning as a happy customer for the next time my car needs to be spruced up. Thanks again for the impeccable job!

Had the Birds Premium. I always washed my own vehicle and took care to not make swirl marks on the paint. After Juan washed it now my car paint has swirl marks. Windows were not well cleaned. So edges of windows are not as clean as rest of the windows. I feel like they owe me money for the paint damage they caused rather than the expense $200+ I spent.

Eduardo did a great job, and was able to fix some issues that I wasn’t sure he’d be able to.

Shocked! Almost did not recognize my car as Tyler was finishing the detail in my work parking lot. Impeccable. Convenient. Truly above and beyond. This is the car I trust in busy parking lots and is fun to drive, an older manual Kia. It looks so good, I want to race my neighbor in his black Maserati. I'll win. My experience with Birds Detail Service was extremely disappointing. Not only did they fail to deliver on the service promised, but they also had the audacity to charge me extra for a service that was completely ineffective.
Despite their confirmation that my issue would be resolved, they were unable to fix the problem, leaving me feeling cheated and unimpressed with their services. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using Birds Detail Service for any car detailing needs, as they are clearly unreliable and untrustworthy. And they charge me 265 for nothing

I got the Exo detailing package to get all the hard to remove tree sap off my car. Birds exceeded my expectations! My car looks great. They took time to evaluate what my car needed and suggested the appropriate package, which I appreciated. They were even able to get completely fix a minor scuff on my mirror. Thanks guys.

Real easy to set an appointment, they called me like 10 min after filling out the form. Juan did an awesome job on my car today. The car is older, definitely has some wear and tear and they made it look as close to brand new as I hoped for, 5 stars and will definitely be back.

First time getting my mobile car wash done. The guy who serviced my car was named Mason. He was friendly and was very attentive to the parts of the car that needed that extra TLC. Great first time experience.

I recently tried Birds Detailing for the first time, and it was a fantastic experience. Their pricing was clear and booking was hassle-free. Mason, the detailer, was great to work with and incredibly thorough.

Before getting started, Mason asked if there were specific areas I wanted him to focus on. He even took care of a minor paint scuff. After completing the job, he did a walkthrough to ensure everything met my satisfaction.

Overall, I'm very impressed with their service and will definitely use them again.
