Super great variety of Birkenstocks plus many other brands Uggs, Crocs and alot of other hard to find comfy shoes, boots and slippers.

I started checking gift lists, thinking I'd get a headstart. When I looked around online, and called a local store or two, I found I was looking for a highly sought-after boot. This Birkenstock is convenient to me, with many quality name-brands and had what I needed!

Omg! Great Customer Service by Jess H. I spoke to her on the phone told her what I wanted Hoka size color etc. I was there within an hour she brought out 3 pairs. I am very fussy about shoes. She informed me I am going to love them. I love them. Like walking on clouds. No pressure to buy. Smiled the whole time helping me. That's the best customer service I have had in a long time. Thank you so much Jess.

Love this place! Came in today for the warehouse sale & was so perfectly helped by a cool guy named bobby.he really helped make the shopping experience go super quickly which was great because i was in a hurry.time before that, the girl at the register today w/ the long hair helped me.also super helpful.good shop.they are not pushy w/ the sales yet very helpful w/ helping you you find what would work best for you.

I went to this Birkenstock store for the first time and had thee best experience! I was in shoe heaven… there were so many options! The best part of it all was Sarah D! She was an absolute doll! So personably and helpful, I felt like I was shopping with my best friend. Can’t wait to go back and find something else to fall in love with.

Was my first time in a Birkenstock store but won’t be my last! Sarah was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions and was very patient. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

*update* beware ordering online. The stock is listed for every store in san diego and their inventory is sometimes wrong.

I ordered shoes online for instore pickup on a Friday. The online ordering and the actual store must be seperate because they act like the instore employees can't help me. Every other store I've shopped at never takes this long. If I wanted to wait this long id have ordered this online. I definitely won't be shopping here anymore.

Purchased Birkenstock Mayari Sandals 4/2021 by 5/2022 the cork started cracking across the sandal on each foot. Store only offered information to where it could be repaired which was at a cost of $105.00! There is no warranty other than 30 days. Wow if you can't even get a year out of what you think are quality shoes why bother. Going back to knock offs, they lasted me 3 years last time. What a lesson learned at BIRENSTOCK!

Horrible customer service! The only reason I gave them a star was so that I could write this review! I went to purchase some birkies and although there were two sales girls neither greeted me or attempted to meet my needs. Being a store that caters to a select few you would

Back. I do not recommend this store. The store has no inventory. I requested various shoes/sandals to be told they didn’t have in stock and they did not know when the store would get any inventory. It seems odd that with the prices we pay for our shoes in such stores the management would want to built a better relationship with customers.

I've been shopping here for decades. It started with Birkenstocks and now I've got Chacos, Olukais, Rainbows, Tevas and more. They have a large clearance section, too. I've never had a bad experience with them.

Best shoe store for the most comfortable shoes, a great selection, and very knowledgeable staff that really cares about finding the right shoe for you. I really love this shoe store.

We have never been there before but all three of us decided to go there and get Birkenstocks sandals for our Catalina trip in March. The employees were very helpful and very nice we will return again

Sarah is a super friendly to the costumer. Plus she is a very inviting person when I come in to the store.

We are visiting San Diego and stopped into the store in The Gaslamp district. The store was immaculate, with a nice selection of shoes, way beyond just Birkenstick. John helped us and he was terrific! Nice store and great customer service! Thank you!

A big beautiful shoes store with many Birkenstock styles and popular brands, such as Keen, Merrell, Holka.few Danskos and others. Good sales prices of discontinued styles in the back.
Customer service were helpful.

They carry Birks and a lot of other brands. The selection seemed good It's a store you'd expect to find in a mall dropped randomly into the middle of La Mesa.
