Biryani junction&Temptations reviews
16We ordered vijayvada paneer & egg biryani. But we felt like we ordered only basmati rice instead of biryani. Hardly there was any masala on that. Definitely not trying vijayvada biryani again from here. It was soo disappointing
We ordered family size Ulvacharu Paneer Biryani and it was amazing. Tasted so delicious. Will definitely order again
It was quickly becoming my favorite Indian joint. Nice food. Was very very well managed.
Then it starts going down just by management and that also sooo fast that I had to write this review. In last two week I went there 3 times. It’s becoming horribly mismanaged very bad behaved and a big mess. First day I put online order and they told its not there and asked me to leave, other person came and said he doesn’t know anything and hand d me the food. Online it said 20 minutes and they took 45. Next day I called 10 times and they never picked up when I asked after going there they said we are not picking up phone. They are fighting there among themselves. Next day was Friday and boy it was a hot mess they said 1.5 hour waiting and that also said after 20 minutes. And they started charging more than menu price so be careful. I am seeing the tendency which made the Indian Resturant next to them to close. Waste of such a beautiful restaurant. Hope someone reads this and take action. They previous guy and the girl was managing it so much better.
Bakery items are too good. Chicken puff is too tasty, authentic indian taste puffs. Biryani is good.
Cake is good but food is horrible. Too much salty and not cooked well. Highly not recommended to go and waste your money.
A decent biriyani place but could be much better. The chicken biriyani was very bad but the mutton was better. Have not tried the other dishes so cannot comment. The place expects you to eat out of boxes. The number of seats is very limited. So not that comfortable. Overall an average place.
First time, great experience. Food was delicious, specially the butter chicken, best butter chicken in the town, also tried their pastries they were good too. Highly recommend. Will visit again soon.
The food is good, especially the biryani. However, I wouldn't recommend cakes because they have way too much cream and are very very sweet. I have tried the pistachio and the strawberry cake (didn't like either of them). The mango pastry, on the other hand, is exceptionally well made.
Ordered goat and chicken biriyanis and impressed with both quality and quantity. If they continue to maintain the same, they will be number 1 in the area. Reduced one star because people working there need coaching in customer service which can be improved.
Great amazing taste! Only thing I wish was if this was a proper dine-in place. Their flavor reminded me of food from Delhi. Amazing baked products too including bread, pavs, plum cakes, pastries etc. Gotta give them a try for their flavours.
One word for this place fantastic friendly family owned beautiful couple great environment & energy & food is beyond fantastic oh my God I have tried the chicken special biryani the vegetable dum biryani and Dal tadka out of this world with garlic naan my God amazing mouthwatering finger licking good
Please check your orders/items before leaving the store, they will give you wrong items, if you check after reaching home and call them about wrong item in your package, they simply say sorry and cut the phone
We tried this place twice now and both the times we really enjoyed it.
So far we have tried the
Chicken masakalli -delicious & spicy
Goat appetizer (forgot the right name) - just perfect.
Chilli Chicken was also nice.
Goat Ghee roast biryani was very yummy. It has subtle flavors and not overloaded with spices. The goat was cooked to perfection.
Also tried chicken curry & butter naan. The curry was good but a bit too much garlic for my taste.
Would love to try the other dishes next time.
Latest addition to the Biryani places in Dublin/Pleasanton area and the food is fabulous! We have tried all most all Biryani options here and we liked the Gongura Chicken Biryani (boneless) and Ullavacharu Chicken Biryani the most. Portions in their family pack option is generous and you can also get a Thumbs Up for $1 extra:).
Highly recommend!
Nisha baked the most scrumptious cake for my party - EVERYONE loved it. Two layers, gulab jamun and rasmalai. Picture perfect in taste and appearance. She was very open to input in design and had the cake ready on time. My friends and I will definitely order more cakes from her.
If you like spicy food than this is your place. I had been there once & tried the Goat biryani & it was perfect, mild spicy. This time I orded not spicey & it was extra spicy & I couldn't eat it. We asked for tea three times since we ordered dessert, they totally ignored us. Not going there! Bad customer service.
