Amazing place! An office complex that are more beautiful than many parks. Many birds there, too. I envy those who work there.

If you have open goal to walk 1 - 2.5 miles a day, this is a perfect place to walk, I normally will see less than Ten people during my walk under wonderful sunshine and comfortable breezes, the beautiful lake views will let me forget my daily troubles and worries

Huge office park, but we walk around their lake on weekends, open to the public. I want to live there, but only offices.
On-site gym, restaurants, cafeteria, beautiful lake, walking trails, short walk to our veterinarian, Whole Foods, and City Center shops.

I wish I had taken photos so I could add them to the review. The landscaping is immaculate. I know for office buildings people typically review the office space itself, but the outdoor space in this area was simply amazing. You can walk outside and be next to a large lake with an eating area on a floating dock. There are also plenty of places to go on a walk through lavender bushes or other beautiful plants. The office spaces were large and accommodating and would work well for company meetings.

Service was great, excellent facilities, food service was the only issue. Not the best tasting food.

There are lots of parking and great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. However there are not many stores to shop. They do have a whole family of Williams Sonoma, PotteryBarn and West Elm.

I guess the pandemic delayed their business and I hope they would have more stores next year.

Lovely place to hang out, especially on a Saturday with the farmers market offering more food options than already in the mall

UPDATE: Considering upping my star rating to 3 instead of 1, because it's now so cold in our office building that I have just unplugged my fridge at home and I leave all my produce and meats in my work office. No refrigeration necessary when you work at Bishop Ranch. I've used the electricity savings to purchase Antarctica-expedition-rated gloves and parka to wear to work to keep warm. Also, this took me 20 minutes to type as my fingers are numb.

If you like office temperatures alternating daily between frigid arctic tundra and sweltering rain forest (so your employees wont know whether to dress appropriately for work and sweat all day, or to bring 2 puffy coats to leave on all day), parking half a mile from the door so you can walk by 50 perpetually-unused "1 hour parking" spots, low-stock-grade paper thin walls (and floors), and sky high office rental price tags, Bishop Ranch is for you!

I'd give it 3/5 starts if they didn't advertise themselves as Class A office space, because you truly get a truly 3 star class B experience.

Buildings are aesthetically pleasing but it's kind of difficult to get any work here when it's 50 degrees one day and 75 the next. Rent should be lower considering neither the AC nor heat seem to work.

A mini open mall with lots if furniture stores like pottery barn, west elm and William Sanoma and very good restaurants like the slanted door, Delarosa, the lot and etc.there are some activities for the kids at the center like the splash zone and lego bricks.there is something for everyone in Bishop’s Ranch - Also free parking and just across the target- wholefoods- homegoods trio.
