Bishops Santa Clara

My family has had two hair appointments so far with Tina at Bishops, and we are looking forward to many more. Tina gave great haircuts to both of my kids. She also gave me good advice on how to keep their hair fresh and healthy. She is friendly and good with both adults and kids. The shop is clean and organized. My family and I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back.

Tina and staff have been the best. I have been going to Tina for my hair for over 7 years and have always had a great experience. I drive over an hour to see her as it is incredibly hard to find someone that has the experience and knowledge that she has. She recently moved salons from Morgan Hill to Santa Clara and is in a more central location. Keep up the great work!

I had an incredible experience at Bishops Barbershop. I had a tight timeslot to get a quick cut and Tina Phung was able to squeeze me. She not only did a great job cutting my hair, but was so personable and fun. The entire staff was fantastic and made me feel super welcomed the second I walked in. Highly recommend.

I came for my hair color, but they also did my haircut and hair styling without mentioning the price of it and asked to pay for it.

They should mention the total price to the customer before providing any service and do not give unwanted SURPRISES in the end. "

Tina did a great job with my hair, was very welcoming, and quick too!

I got a shoulder length layered haircut, I simply showed her a picture of the look I was going for, she asked a couple questions, then she gave me exactly what I asked for!

Tina did an amazing job with me hair. She was friendly and easy to communicate with. She also gave me a trim because I had terrible split ends. I was very pleased with my hair and I will be returning.

I went in for a consultation a week ago and booked a hair color appointment after talking to the stylist. Went in for the appointment today and they tell me the color that we had discussed during the consultation is not available. I don’t understand why they would book me in for a color without checking their inventory. Wasted my time and left me feeling disappointed with the service.

Excellent experience at Bishops with a haircut from Tina! She delivered exactly the cut I asked for and my hair was certainly a challenge. Great atmosphere and adorable doggy!

Tina gave me a great haircut that I am really happy with. She was also able to accommodate that I was 20 minutes late, overall the experience was great. The shop itself is awesome also with great vibes.

Loved my cut, felt too short at first but really liked it after I got used to it. My hairdresser wasn't that friendly.

I can’t talk about their hair services because I didn’t even get that far. However, their customer service is awful. I made an appointment and when I arrived I was told that the stylist didn’t show up that morning and there was nobody to take me. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call me and didn’t even attempt to give me any other options except for rescheduling for another day. I already had childcare arranged for that day. The guy helping me had an attitude like he could care less. I also had to call back because I realized I had to put my credit card information in to schedule the appointment. I wouldn’t put it past them to charge me as a no show or something since they clearly don’t have their stuff together. The guy that answered (I’m assuming the same person) gave me a hard time about removing my card from their system. Who knows what they’ll do with that information.
I’ve had a bad experience with another Bishops location in the past and I decided to give them another shot. Never again.
