Excellent from start to finish. Best meal I've had in a very long time. The quality of the ingredients are incredible, the preparation of the food is amazing, and the service is exceptional, especially the bartender John. The man is an absolute professional. I can't wait to go back.

First visit in quite awhile, service was great as well as the food. If you like french food, classically prepared, this is the place!

You feel like you have stepped out of Yountville into a Paris bistro. Absolutely delicious authentic french bistro food. Loved the coq a vin, sardines, coquilles.there isn't a bad item on the menu. Service was impeccable! 5 stars+

Fabulous French dinner. We had the beef stew, sole, goat cheese salad, and French onion and tomato soups. Everything was divine. It was the best meal we have had in a very long time. The service was impeccable. Thank you Bistro Jeanty!

Great atmosphere on the covered patio. Exceptional service, but the food was out of this world, good. We had a pot roast for one entree and Mediterranean sea bass as another. The pot roast meat was outstanding and the broth paired perfectly with the meat and vegetables. The fish was cooked to perfection with a fastastic sauce to go along with it. I'd come back to California just eat there every week if I could.

The string beans with goat cheese salad was jubilee in my mouth. Especially when we paired it with the pino noir rose. It was fabulous! I also had the tomato and puff pastry soup. Which was super yummy. The pastry was so puffy, light, and flakey I needed a moment to gather my thoughts! I LOVE when food isn't just food for nourishment. When it makes you ponder on what you're eating, and how it makes you feel while you're eating it, it become a fellowship. And this french bistro will have you singing praiaes! Go there!

Yummy. Great experience. The only feedback was the rabbit was a bit overpriced and not mind blowing like the price might imply it should be. Still yummy.

Back again and confirming the solidity of four star rating place in all aspects - parking, host, service, food!
From the first impression felt slightly abandoned for breaking in on Sunday lunch hour with no reservation, however, thank you to the pleasant host who kindly greeted us and offered to be seated while waiting for our table, that took about 10 minutes. Again, took a while four our waiter to come up along with the daily specials menu (that you really have to wait for) and that’s one fun begin! Complete dishes verbal description and suggestions, timely food course delivery and Oh my, what a flavors!
Crispy Pigs Feet, French Onion Soup, Rack of Lamb and the best of it was Cassoulet (Fortunately or unfortunately had to be packed to go cause can only stuff so much in).
Would highly recommend the Cassoulet as main dish if you like to explore the flavors.
Overall all the dishes are very rich in flavor and our good to be shared.
Not the first time and not the last here.

Delicious food. Great atmosphere and staff. We sat outside and it was a bit crowded. Inside the restaurant it looked like the guest were spaced out more. We were very close to the people at the next table. I didn't feel like they were social distancing their guest. Other than that I would come back and maybe next time sit inside instead.

Bistro Jeanty was a nice classic French restaurant serving mostly traditional dishes. The restaurant was very busy but service was good and prompt. The fried smelt appetizer and beet salad were both on point and the escargot reminded us of the ones we had in Paris. The boeuf bourguignon had great flavor and the meat was tender but a slight touch on the dry side. Overall we enjoyed Bistro Jeanty and would recommend it for those looking for classic French dishes.

Great service from Sarah. Escargots, not like I remember. Onion soup sublime. Frites need a bit of crisp exterior. Aoli good.

Great food - delicious escargot, lovely beet salad, coq au Vin and rib eye steak. Would have been 5 stars if not for the lackadaisical service. Having a board of specials plonked down without any explanation is bad enough.and then we felt doubly dissed when the waiter explained the specials in great detail to two nearby tables seated much later.

Update: taking off 3 more stars since our $145 bill showed up as $316 on my cc bill after a tip of $190 was added instead of $19! At least that is what we think happened but no one from the restaurant has returned my call and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. As far as I can remember, I have NEVER been overcharged by a restaurant before and beyond ticked off.

It’s elegant French restaurant. Their Cocktail is classic and good. Their bread is perfect to dip with my escargot. It’s French baguettes not a sour dough bread. For the escargot, I can feel a little more white wine taste and smaller escargot compared to the NY restaurant I usually had but it’s still good. Scallops cooked perfect with their amazing sauce. Sauce seems made with cheap ingredients such as corns and peas but the taste is not cheap at all. Mussels are the best dish here. They served really fresh and big mussels with lemon and white wine sauce. It’s super good. My tip is order egg noodles and dip it to the mussels soup. You can have amazing experience. I also had steak which comes with fries. They are good but not impressive. Servers and service was good too.

Absolutely amazing food and friendly professional service. We had a reservation but opted for the bar. The Beef Bourguignon and crepes suzette is still providing me with amazing memories two weeks later.

The food was incredible, but service was poor. We had appetizers from the daily special menu as well as from the regular menu. Our entres were delicious, and dessert was divine. Our server, Darrell, helped recommended a very nice bottle of wine for our food. However, that was the extent of the good service we got from him. It was unfortunate that the service was subpar for an otherwise enjoyable meal.
