Mostly geared towards contractors, of course, but these guys were very friendly and helpful to me when I just needed a ladder for a day. Plus the price (for 24 hours) was less than half what I would have paid at Home Depot to rent the same ladder for 4 hours.
Equipment is always well maintained, I have use BJ's for about 12 years
Terrible equipment, lousy customer service, rude employee named Jamie at EC who acted like I was interrupting her favorite soap opera and couldn't be bothered to send a mechanic to correct repeated problems with their worn out equipment. BJs gets an "F" minus. Never again.
Terrible people and terrible equipment save your time and your money.
Hi! Real customer here, not paid employees writing good reviews for the boss. ZERO stars if I could. "Manager" needs to work on management skills! Customer service sucks! Highly recommend different COMPANY or even just LOCATION!
