You can fully expect to come here, get seated immediately, and then not served or even given water for 30 minutes.

I ordered salmon oven rusted. I got baked salmon with uncooked broccoli. They just put the broccoli without any steaming in the dish?
Terrible atmosphere and service.

Worst customer service, we waited 30 plus minutes to be attended when it was not busy at all. Finally we had to leave because of such poor customer service. They don’t care about the customers.

We used to like it here but its not that good anymore. The burgers however are good. Too bad they dont have the thin cut fries anymore. They were worth the trip.

Service is hit or miss but the check-in is the most unfriendly thing you can imagine. They irritate us each and every time. Mildly put. Last time the guy at front desk just handed me 4 menus and silver ware. I interpreted this as 'pick a table'

The food is good however so sometimes we decide to put up with the hostile staff but it often leaves a bad taste even before you eat.

We asked for a Well-done burger the send us a “extra crispy” burger
The avocado rolls were old. The avocados was black. The rolls did not look good
We asked for boxes to take home and we never got a bag for the boxes. Really? !

We like the place but this day the food and the service were not at its best.

Very poor service. Whatever we ordered was either over or not offered after waiting for some time. Plates were wet and service was bare.

Update: now that I am single again? I tend to sit in the bar area.
The bartender/server, Michael, is the best.

Food is great, large beer and drink menu, piezookies are excellent!
Yet after all that the service is not very good.
It's not only this location but others as well.

One thing that really ruined this evening was the call ahead seating. I added my party via the app, and when I got to the restaurant I told the hostess. She said 5 to 10 minutes. 15 minutes after I approached the front desk while checking my phone. I then noticed the SMS regarding my table was ready. Can't the hostess just tell me? I was right there in front of her? The SMS had arrived within the first 5 minutes that she promised.
Our waitress was ok but forgot our drinks. Finally she brought them and explained the bar had been busy when she placed the order and then slipped her mind.
Took a long time to bring a box for leftovers we had.

Absolute worst "deep-dish" pizza I had.

I had craving for Chicago pizza and naturally, I got what's available near me.
In the past, BJ's favorite, while doughy, still had tons of toppings and cheese.

For whatever reasons, my pizza had a very thin layer of cheese. I mean my pizza felt like a cheese bread.

What happened BJ's? Is this how you salvage your half off discount by reducing quality of your product?

I'd rather order frozen deep dish online moving forward.
Very disappointed and won't be going back.ever.

Got a California chicken club sandwich and smokehouse burger with fries. Burger was a little burnt. Chicken looked boiled but tasted good. Fries were good, but you definitely need a convenient like ketchup and/or mayo. No free bread. Also got a cookies n cream pizookie and it was perfect, as long as you eat it quickly while it’s gooey, before the ice cream hardens it.

Cool place, good food, our server check out early, was ready to go home so I'm guessing service could have been better

This review is for BJ’s beer. I’m floored how good their beer is. They brew a wide range of styles (Pilsner, porter, amber, pale, IPAs, etc) and they are ALL world class examples of each style. Furthermore, in all the inflation driven madness of today’s world, they manage to keep a solid happy hour in place. You might be skeptical given this is a chain of restaurants, but quality is quality. And their beer just nailed it. Bar staff was solid as well. I will definitely have to return to try the food

Ordered for take out. Showed up at the estimated time (35 minutes later). Upon checking in the waiter told me my order was almost ready. Then ten minutes later she told me they had to redo the order. Order ended up being ready another 30 minutes later, a full hour fifteen after the original order time. At

Got home, the steak was completely undercooked - we cooked it ourselves in the pan, for lack of better means. The rest of the food was unsurprisingly completely stale and soggy.

Oh and they're not joking when they say the side is broccoli, it's literally raw cut pieces of broccoli with nothing else.

Food was pretty good and service was a bit slow, but we understood since it was a busier night.

However, I was charged for a drink that we did not receive - I unfortunately did not catch this prior to paying. When I asked the waitress about it, she was apologetic and confirmed with her manager that they could issue a refund and then charge me again for the correct amount. This was fine, and I went ahead and paid again.

2 weeks later, I still did not see a refund. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because when I called BJs, they were able to quickly refund the charge. However, I was told that the waitress or manager that day did not ever submit a refund. Frankly, quite disappointing and frustrating.

If you're looking for a fun and enjoyable evening out with friends or family, BJ’s in Cupertino is the place to be. I recently visited this restaurant and had a great time! The staff was super friendly and attentive throughout our meal, which was awesome! Moreover, I absolutely adore their happy hour menu - it's packed with tasty snacks and drinks, and it won't break the bank. Overall, BJ’s is always a fun place to go, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service. I can't wait to go back again soon!

20 minutes of sitting in a booth during pre-lunch (11: 15ish), not a waiter to be spotted.

Had to get my own table placemats and menu, and then had to try and do whatever arcane ritual is needed to get the attention of one of the servers standing around not doing anything.

The wait is awful during prime time, and apparently even during off hours they're no better. Spend your money elsewhere.

Can't wait to see what replaces this joke of a restaurant.

I gave this particular BJ's a second chance. The 1st was a nightmare. Today's visit, Service wasn't all that great either. The only server working wasn't on the floor watching her tables and it took her 10 minutes to greet us The food was ok. Pizza was lacking sauce and was a bit dry. Artichoke dip. I had better at Costco! When do you order water and Iced Tea and not get ice in the glass? Well, if BJ's has anything to defend themselves, please do! I'd love to hear your excuses!

Next to the old Apple HQ, this BJ can get really can get crowded. Spacious and lots of seating options. Great beer and food options.

Unfortunately, today I had a bad experience, the squid was raw and the nachos were well burned, only the wins were very good and the service, well, today I had no luck

One of the amazing breweries you should not miss. Loved especially their IPAs and Stouts. Food menu compliments well with the drinks. At least once you should try their Pizookie.
