Been here a few times, always great service.can't complain. Food is great prices are decent

We had a great evening as a family. Chantell gave us the best service and was so attentive. We've been coming here for many years and she's the best server we've had. Thank you!

The food was very good. But our waitress had a lot of tables including a table of 16 people. She had to do everything by herself. She tried to check on us as much as she could but she was too busy. I felt sorry for her.

Well we were there April 1st 2022 6pm, which was my request for my birthday but guess what my steak was tuff and my salmon was raw, my wife's steak was raw in the middle. Huge disappointment our server Lisa was very nice and tried several times going back in the kitchen and it just wasn't working out. Too bad it was also Black Angus 50th as well.

My wife had prime rib and I had 12oz rib eye. The service was excellent waiter was Steven. Was very attentive to our needs.

We hadn't been to this restaurant in about 4 years. We went to celebrate my husband's and I birthdays. The greeters were friendly and food was good (not great as I remembered it) however our waitress either had to many tables or something else. Once we ordered our drinks and meals we waited about 20 minutes for our soup and salad and had to ask her 3 times. Once finished with our food we ordered dessert and again had to ask 3 times again for our dessert. If our waitress had too many tables shame on the restaurant not to properly staff if not then wow. We usually go to Outback but since it was our birthdays we decided to go. I honestly don't think we'll be back anytime soon. I really wanted to love this restaurant again.

My waiter was too busy talking to her friends right in front of us. The food was ok too much cheese in my opinion. The front desk was amazing

Had a wonderful time here as we celebrated my grand father 85th birthday. Our server was GIGI and she did a wonderful job with our party of 20. The food was superb, hot, tasty, and just all around awesome.

Went for Valentine's day, they were quite busy. Had a reservation, but they seated us right away even though we were 30 mins early. Our waitress was great, even through the obvious kitchen problems. My ribeye was fantastic, as was my wife's prime rib, but we didn't find out til our dinner was served that the sides we ordered were sold out. Waitress didn't find out til she grabbed our plates. So we were served steaks and nothing else after a 45 minute wait. That sucked, but we eventually got served some sides that were good. My date was perfect, as she always is, so it all worked out. It's a 30 mile trip to get here, and still worth the drive. We'll be back.

I grew up going to Black Angus and no matter how many times I try to enjoy the one in Brentwood, there is always a problem. Would you eat this lobster? They didn't charge me for it but it should've never been cooked like that or brought to the table.

They just were not on point this night. Steak was dry, salad was wilted, dessert shortage. Manager and host were attentive that was good, manger made up for the dessert crisis by offering additional free item. Thank you!

So happy they are back to normal, an what I mean by that is that they are no longer requiring vaccination card for dinning so i def enjoyed my filet mignon sandwich fresh an not sweating in a container.

Very good customer service. Waitress is very helpful, polite, and cute. Food was good, but the wagon simpler plate is now very small.

I do enjoy their food but I think it's time for them to update indoor the carpet is dirty and it smells like feetand the booths need to be changed to its dirty it's also very dark lightning.unfortunately will not be going back until they make changes:/ and hope they do because I do like their food

Wait time was 20 minutes. The waitress was very nice and attentive. She would take the dirty plates and the cups. Was on top of our needs. The food was ok, not the best. I ordered a salad with filet mignon, and my filet was very dry and did not feel fresh. The fry’s were soggy which indicates that they were not fresh. We also ordered some drinks, they were good. Would I go back for the food, most likely not. Maybe just to have some drinks. The floor was not very clean.

Nice dinner with family. Food was good had the chicken breast sandwich with fries. Was delicious had avacado and bacon too. Waitress was very friendly and helpful too. Bread was yummy too.
