Through out the years we’ve gone to Black Angus on special occasions or treat day for my kids. We decided to go on Tuesday 9/12 and it was the best experience we’ve had, ever. There was no wait time, food was on point, restrooms were very clean (very important for my daughter), but mostly service was amazing. Monique was very kind, she was very knowledgeable of the menu, she acknowledged and was kind to our kids. We had a great time!

The best restaurant! The food is delicious, the place is very quiet and well decorated, and the service is wonderful. I hope you have the opportunity to be served by Rober, he is the best person who has served me in my entire life. He is an excellent person.
I advise you to make a reservation so you don't have to wait so long.

Hi my name is MarioI came for dinner on Tuesday 05 /2023 my server was Brian c. He was doing his best job he had 5 to 6 tables by himself our bread and butter took 23 minutes to arrive at our table, drinks 15 minutes after the bread, We order appetizers 15 minutes for that we were ready to order the server said can you guys take more time to order Because I'm really busy I have to bring food to two tables first after more than one hour he finally took our order we order 3prime 24oz price $45.99+ 2 orders of ch trips 2 buff tenders we order your special tomahawk they were out since Sunday not a problem we ask to be well done 2 where ready good but my daughters was bloody and hard to cut we ask our server and his response was to take home I come to eat here once a week I know the manager was working I saw her and stead of helping the server or hers employees she was talking to random people I normally don't give reviews but it was a bad experience

We arrived around 3: 30pm and was seated in the bar area. This was near shift change, so our server was distracted, nice, but distracted since she was off at 4: 30. We had a 2 hour experience though with really delicious food! Compliments to the chefs.

The food was good, I remember the food being & tasting more appetizing. Of course, like anything else, you could get more for your money in days long pass. But overall, it was good. We sat at the bar to avoid the wait time for a table. The bar tender was kind and very nice. Good service from her.

I took my wife out for dinner, even made a 8pm reservation. We showed up at 7: 50pm and checked in. Was told it will be close to 8 so we sat down to wait and heard a few walk-ins get told it will be 25 minutes. At 8: 12 they sat us so it didn't matter that we made a reservation, and they sat us in the bar. We aren't drinkers and it wasn't the atmosphere we were looking for. They didn't have ice tea and apparently they can't make tea 2 hours before they close. Ordered they steakhouse nachos as a app and they were terrible and I use to love them. The service there was awful, I paid $4.25 for 1 glass of lemonade that's all I got, no refills cause the waitress just didn't co.e around to check in with us. We both ordered steaks and fully loaded baked potatoes which were good but the runners brought us all of our food not our waitress. I had to ask a runner for steak sauce and he told her and she went to a table someone had just left and brought me a bottle with sauce all over the lid and leaking down the side of the bottle. She wasn't that busy, she was just bad at multi tasking and was to busy chatting with her coworkers. Oh yeah no molasses bread that they give, I guess she was to busy to grab it. Worst Black Angus experience we have ever had.

Brian C.by far has given my family and I the best service. He is well informed in all the food. He is super patient and is loving towards the kids. He has an amazing vibe to him. Keep that great energy, Brian.

Update: Got the Campfire Feast for two (now $5 more expensive) and paid an extra $4 for the Wagon Wheel Sampler appetizer. Unfortunately some of the regular sidekicks are now defined as premium for an extra charge. The Wagon Wheel Sampler is about half the previous size with smaller portions. Update: Prices have increased a few dollars again. Ok, if you have a coupon for one of the special offers. Update: We used today's coupon code to get a lobster tail with any steak entree. The lobster tail was small as expected, but the sirloin steak was good. The disappointment came when we noticed on the bill that a baked potato with everything on it that used to be counted as a classic side, is now an additional $2.25 charge. The baked potato was overcooked and dry, so I had to use the leftover butter that came with the lobster. So I won't be getting a baked potato in the future. Update: Our best experience ever at this location, totally due to our amazing server Julia D! She was very friendly, enthusiastic, super fast, and actually told us that she loves her job. It really showed. She should be promoted to a supervisor to train all of the other servers. We got the email special of steak, lobster, and fried shrimp. All were very good. Update: Got the Lamb special entrees. There was very little meat on each of the 3 pieces, mostly bone and fat. The taste was just ok. We would not order it again. Update: Got the BOGO steak special of two Ribeyes. Both were tender, juicy, and flavorful. Also got a Peach Tea mock tail, it was excellent. Update: Got the BOGO steak special of two Ribeyes. Both were tender, juicy, and flavorful. However, this time there was a lot of fat and white connective tissue in each steak. Hopefully this was just a one time occurrence, and not a cost cutting measure of lower quality meat. Update: Got the BOGO steak special of two 14oz. NY Steaks. One of the steaks was very good and the other had a lot of white connective tissue, similar to the Ribeye steaks last time. This is leading us to believe that lower quality meat is being served as a cost cutting measure. Update: Got the BOGO steak special of two 14oz. NY Steaks. This time both steaks were very good and only one had a bit of excessive fat and white connective tissue.

Three people ordered medium prime rib. We got 3 different prime ribs, done not as ordered, one was just a small 2 " high end- piece of a strange cut. Another was cut so thin it would not qualify as a normal serving prime rib. One consisted of 50% just fat, raw otherwise!
Broccoli was forgotten, then served uncooked.

Fantastic Steak. Period. Great service and customer service. We went for the BoGo offer and both enjoyed filet mignon, drink and appetizer. $75.included 15% Tip.

Doesn't matter what day or time I visit this location the attitude you get from the hostess makes me not want to come back. The food is usually good but the price has gotten out of control for what you get now. Servers are usually on point and on top of refills and checking in. If I could give a 3.5 I would but don't feel it's a 4 star place anymore.

The food is mediocre at best. Ordered medium filet mignon, pretty much tasteless and more gray looking than brown. Not very appetizing.
The green salad was fine but au gratin potatoes didn't have a lot of texture, but were okay.
Really not worth what you're paying for.

Me and my husband decided last minute to come here last night for an unplanned date night plus it was something we never tried and I will keep coming back!
I love the way the restaurant looks it’s so comforting especially since me and my husband are no where near from California, it reminded us of home. Our server was the BEST! So sweet and energetic I hope we get him every time we come here! The food was really good too, 100% better than Outback and all those other overrated crowded places. The prices were very reasonable for what you get, even with inflation honestly you get what you pay for here. Me and my husband couldn’t have asked for a better “ date night “ last night!

I’m not one to leave a review but after tonight’s dinner experience, a review is warranted.

My husband, toddler and myself got to the restaurant around 6: 20pm and were told it’d be about a 15 minute wait. We were seated in the bar area and our server greeted us. We did not receive the complementary bread until we asked for it about 15 minutes after our order was taken.

We ordered the dinner for two which included a starter, we chose potato skins. The skins took 30 minutes to come out. The server felt bad so she brought out our side salads first (which was still 25 minutes after our order was taken). This was about 7-7: 10pm at this point.

It was 7: 45 and our entrees had still not come out. The server apologized and said she didn’t know why things were taking so long. At this point, we asked for Togo boxes along with the food as we were planning on taking a few bites before leaving. We received our food packed up in Togo containers and bagged up at 7: 55pm.

As we were waiting, with a toddler mind you, we watched several other tables who were seated after us received their food.

It’s very disappointing because with the amount of money we paid, it ended up being a Togo experience and almost two hours wasted. We took the food home and were finally able to eat our entrees at 8: 20pm.

From my experience, it boils down to a management problem. Either the kitchen wasn’t being managed properly or the servers.

Thank you for reading this far. Not sure if we will be back and definitely won’t be recommending.

If I could give a higher review I would. At a time of high emotions with my wife going through cancer. This staff did all they could to help my wife feel better. Alyssa was our waitress and she was absolutely fabulous. We are going to be sure when we go back we ask for her everytime. We thank the manager Gary for letting us share how great she was! This was a absolutely amazing experience during a hard time!

Arrived at 3: 30 didn't get seated till 4: 30 no help (wanted to wait for the dinner servers and some called out).
Food Good but just for that situation won't go back
