Great and affordable. Wound up having my first sudden car failure experience, and thankfully they got to me right quick considering how busy they've been today. Certainly going to be my go to for roadside service now.

These guys were great. They knew what I needed to do with my insurance and gave me great advice. They came out quickly to the scene of the crash and were quick and efficient. I spoke to them at the yard and again, they were great.

Luis was very friendly, also very professional. And quick to get my keys out of my Jeep, thank you!

Luis with Black Butte Towing should have a cape - he was a superhero getting my son's dead Jeep from Weed to a repair shop in Mt. Shasta City the day after Thanksgiving. He pulled out every trick in the book to get a vehicle with dead electronics loaded, offloaded, and parked, and did it all with a smile and a sense of humor.

Called for service of a junk car and one day later they came and picked it up very happy with their service.

The driver was there within 10 minutes and my bill was $85 less than the last time I had to use Black Butte Towing, to get into my car. He was also very nice and respectful.

My driver Luis was very helpful he even gave me a couple numbers so I could get a quote fory transmission

Rescued me at 8am on a Friday morning when I locked myself out of my car. Brian was super friendly and got me unstuck faster than I could have hoped for!

Highly recommend this company, very friendly and decent prices. We didn't even have to call them, one of their drivers saw our semi stranded on the side of the road and stopped to help then got the tow truck to towed it back to their yard.

We had our turbo actuator go out, 200 miles from home. Jeff picked up our RV and drove us, our dog and our RV back to Reno. Such an awesome company! Highly highly recommend! Price was fair as well!

Jeff is a lifesaver! Our car broke down near Weed at the beginning of 4th of July weekend so most places were closed and things were looking dire. We needed to be towed to Medford to get fixed at the dealership there. Jeff was there in 30 minutes and happy to have our dog ride with us (a relief!). These guys are awesome. They arrived fast. Almost same time it took troopers to arrive at 3am in the morning. They were able to hook up my truck and haul my 14 ft cargo trailer. I was hours away from home and really just wanted to get back to Salem oregon and they took me all the way back home. Very polite and wonderful service all around. Can't go wrong with these guys. Hopefully i will never need a tow again like this. Highly recommend.

These dudes were friendly and so helpful. They loaded up our Harley and strapped it down for us. Very nice.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! We need more businesses like Black Butte Towing in this world. I hit a deer while driving on I-5. My windshield shattered and he entire left front end of my car was smashed. The CHP on duty assured me that Black Butte is a excellent local towing company. The driver, Dave Allen, was on the scene in less than 30 minutes. Dave was extremely efficient and wonderful to deal with. He even gave me a ride home and helped me unload my car (which had shards of glass everywhere). I am grateful to Black Butte Towing and Dave for providing such excellent service during a very stressful situation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
