Black Mountain Coffee Roasting reviews
15Freshly brewed coffee! For those who like their coffee dark roasted, the Honduras La Paz coffee was so good! The place is very quaint They also have coffee tasting for $10/person. Just book an appointment.
Menu says $5 then I was charged $7 for a cup of coffee. Outrageous price never coming back.
I absolutely loved this little gem
Definitely recommend. Nice staff and delicious coffee.
We stumbled upon the absolute cutest and hip coffee shop while wandering the town of idyllwild! Inside this shop there’s so many different coffee flavors and the owner was so bubbly, sweet, and passionate! I love that this shop uses reusable thicker cups as well.
I asked about any tea options, and while there was only one option, it tasted so unique - like a mix of black tea with fruity, nutty notes.
The patio is the perfect hangout spot too. My friends and I hung out there with our two dogs for about 45 minutes, and it literally felt like we were at a little cabin with how cozy the furniture was laid out.
Try them out, this shop is awesome!
Cute little mom and pop shop. They had their kids, dog and a family member inside the place so it felt a bit cramped. But no complaints since it’s understandable as a parent myself. Their coffee was good. Although I did want an iced espresso latte. They have cold brews and nitro coffee only. I like their reusable cups. Definitely a huge plus!
Co-owner Chris was expertly explaining intricate brewing skills for each roast style to tasters as I walked in. Sooo informed. This is a real coffee bar.all ethical, small farmer sourced beans they craft roast on site. A true joy to experience! Great prices, authentic experience.
This place is a A+, friendly and welcoming staff, cozy spot to hangout after a hike or just to get a great cup of joe, lot's of coffee varieties from light to dark roasts, staff is very knowledgeable regarding the beans they roast, and the owners are very friendly. Try their coffee tasting! Also, try their Bourbon barrel coffee if you're into bourbons/whiskey drinking!
WOW! Great little hidden gem. The coffee is amazing and the owners are knowledgeable and very friendly. Their coffee tasting is amazing and great selection of coffee beans.
Had a great time and learned so much at their coffee tasting. Highly recommend if you like real coffee.
Awesome little spot. If you're a coffee aficionado, you'll love this place for its menu featuring unique and interesting coffee profiles. And if you're not an aficionado (like me), they are super friendly and will help you pick out the right drink.
They have a huge patio area outside where you can sit under the trees and enjoy your drink. And enjoy it you will; it was one of the best cold brew coffees I've ever had (and strong, too!). Great vibes and great coffee, all around a top notch spot.
Stop in here for great coffee and friendly service! There was live music playing outside during the day and great place to relax.
The coffee is awesome love doing the tasting. I would recommend this for anyone who loves coffee. They are great people who run this place k ow so much.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This place is amazing! Happened to schedule a late morning coffee tasting and what a treat! The tasting was so personalized and fun! The owner is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do! The variety of coffee they offer is amazing and you are guaranteed to find something you enjoy! A must do stop if you are in the area.
I have been drinking their Burundi Dark coffee and it is great! I definitely recommend to anyone that appreciates great coffee to check them out in Idyllwild.
My favorite California roaster. If you’re a coffee lover, you need to try their Costa Rica Geisha.that stuff will light you up! The Geisha is more expensive but I assure you, it’s worth every penny.
