When I got into a car accident, I didn't know who to go to. I took it here and they were efficient, reliable and professional. I reccomend them. They do impeccable work!

Visited them for some damage to my car because of another driver. They were amazing, fixed everything and were very reasonable. Courteous and professional. I trust them and highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

They have worked twice on my car and both time service is amazing. Best with them is that they always give more than you asked. For me dent on side was required but they did touchup on minor scratches on bumper at no additional cost.
More importantly they guarantee their work. I had small paint peal off after pressure washer wrongly used, they took care of it and in fact repainted the entire section with no additional cost.

I was rear-ended by a teen who didn't even have her permit. As a result, my trunk could no longer close and it was a hazard to drive. Thanks to the team at Black Mountain collision, they were able to use an estimate I had received from a different shop and were quick to assist me with the fix. Great communication and they did an awesome job on my trunk/bumper. Highly recommend for all collision work!

Brought my 350z here not too long ago. They did a good job getting me a new front bumper and fender at a decent price. All oem parts to.

Truly amazing! From the first phone call, they were extremely nice and professional. They gave me a reasonable quote, especially compared to other shops. As soon as the part came in, they called and fixed my car the same day! The repair was done in under an hour (they knew I would have my kids with me, so they made the extra effort to get it done quickly) and you can't tell there was a repair done, it looks like new. You never want to need a body shop, but if you do, they are the ones you want!

WARNING! Do not believe the star ratings! I know what your thinking.one bad review. Well here is the explanation and photos. I am a veteran and just to warn my brothers and sisters, this is NOT an approved USAA body shop. They have a sticker on their business window but its to advertise that they accept USAA insurance. First of all I had to take my car back to the shop 3 times. They ruined the color of my car. They also ruined the rim on the other side of the accident. There were scratches also on the other side. They did not cover the gas cap and there was dust inside of the gas cap. They could not get the paint right and they zip tied the tire wall. Do take this for what its worth. Don't say that you were never warned. I know chop shops that did better job. There are other shops around. They will promise you it will come out perfect just like mine. A complete nightmare. FUBAR!

To me, these guys are miracle workers. I banged my car pretty good against a stucco wall - I mean, just look at the damage. Scratches past the paint, a horrid dent on the front fender, it was awful.

These guys repaired all of that BEFORE their quoted estimate, AT COST of their estimate (which was, by the way, cheaper than everyone else's), all the while providing me updates and texts throughout the process; about 3 days, if I remember right. And the best part, when I went to pick up my car.it was like I'd never gotten in that accident in the first place. Car was utterly immaculate.

I'll never go anywhere else for autobody work. Beyond that, I probably won't let anyone I love go anywhere else, either.

Fixed my front bumper (without replacement), at a reasonable price and in a few hours. They also fixed something in the rear bumper for no extra charge. Highly recommend!

Did not fully deploy parking brake on my Mazda MX5, car rolled down the driveway and caused some damage to the front. I choose this shop based on the great reviews and the close proximity to my area. Their work was fantastic and quick. I have been getting daily notifications from the shop about the progress of the repair which is definitely great and gives me an idea of how they are going about doing the work. They also polished my headlights which have been fading badly prior to my accident at no extra cost. Fantastic service, would highly recommend.

My husband and I needed some touch up body work done to both of our cars. We spoke to Mario and he was kind and honest from the start. He was able to fix my husband's and my car to look brand new (we both have cars that are over ten years old and they look fantastic now). After bringing our cars to Mario they both look amazing- both our cars needed paint jobs due to deep scuffs and scratches and my husband got his spoiler repainted due to major sun damage. Mario fixed my husband's front lights (which were very dirty and cloudy on the inside after years of use) free of charge. He had no problem fitting us into his busy schedule. Kirill is truly just the best. He is kind, fair, and genuinely accommodating. He tells you exactly what's wrong with your car and doesn't try to rip you off. In fact, he told me what the dealership would do in order to rip me off. I trust krill and will continue to bring my car back to him time and time again.

I got bumper, light, wheel repairs. They did great job and it took only four days including ordering parts. Mario managed everything well.

They repaired my Corolla, repair process with them was really smooth, no need to call them for any updates I received the updates via text. Mario Ayala was always polite and has a great customer service.

Mario was prompt, honest, friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to email him pictures of the damage and he gave me a great estimate and stuck to it. I dreaded getting work done and he quickly eased my mind. I was really happy when I didn't have to leave my car overnight! The quote was 1/3 the price of Caliber Collision and easier to obtain. I plan to go back to Black Mountain Collision for any of my future auto body work!
